Ji Rui’s expression changed slightly. Ji Baby peeked out from behind Le Tong, blinking with a pitiful little face, cooing, "Daddy..."
Ji Rui glanced down at him and extended a large hand.
"Co here!"
Ji Baby timidly hid a bit behind Le Tong, who patted his head in encouragent.

Seeing that Ji Rui wasn’t replying, Le Tong pinched Baby’s face gently and said softly, "Baby, let Daddy think about it, okay?"
Having been Ji Rui’s secretary for almost a year, she understood that a man as proud and stoic as him couldn’t possibly say yes out loud. Silence ant consent for him.
Baby hesitated for a mont. Seeing that Daddy didn’t deny Sister’s words, he released Ji Rui’s leg and leaned a bit towards Le Tong.
"Daddy, rember to think about it carefully!"
Ji Rui looked at his son’s expectant little face, suddenly feeling both amused and exasperated. His face remained stern, but he reached out to pinch that chubby little face.
Secretly, he cursed: You little brat, you’ve beco bold! Helping outsiders set traps for your daddy!

Coming back too often might annoy Ji Rui.
Besides, human greed is endless. She feared the more she saw him, the harder it would be to let go, and she didn’t know what she might do then.
Yes, she should be content. Compared to the previous despair, being able to see him when she wished and talk on the phone every day was already heaven’s greatest favor. She shouldn’t, couldn’t ask for more!
Ji Baby sulked for a mont, seeing that Le Tong showed no sign of yielding. He didn’t dare to go too far, so he leaned softly against her, cooingly, "Then sister, rember to call Baby every day..."

"Goodbye, Sister, goodbye, Daddy..."
Reluctantly, Ji Baby carried his little backpack, looking back with every step as he walked into the school.
Le Tong and Ji Rui didn’t move until Ji Baby disappeared around the corner of the building. Only then did Le Tong pick up her luggage, glanced at Ji Rui, "Mr. Ji, thank you, goodbye!"
She didn’t look back, dragging her luggage to the side of the road, raising her hand. Soon, a taxi stopped beside her.
