"Traits?"
Yang Sheng chuckled lightly, his laughter carrying a hint of desolation and helplessness.
This Yang Sheng was vastly different from the carefree and spontaneous Yang Sheng that Le Tong knew. Seeing him this way, Le Tong suddenly felt very sad.
It turns out, even soone like Yang Sheng who seems so glamorous on the outside, is actually scarred and battered inside.

"Uncle Sheng, co play racing with Baobao..."
Yang Sheng was completely unaware of the little guy’s scheming, and without complaint, stood up, straightened his clothes, and ran over, brushing past the not-so-pleased Ji Rui.
"Baobao, what’s up with your daddy? He doesn’t look well!"
Yang Sheng didn’t think much, taking the remote control from Baobao’s hand, while operating the model, he asked.
"Daddy’s tired!" In front of Yang Sheng, Baobao naturally sided with his daddy.
Yang Sheng believed it, because, Ji Rui had indeed been worn out by CoCo lately.
Being called a coward by his son, Ji Rui felt helpless.
How he wished he could openly express his jealousy?
How he wished he could openly warn Yang Sheng and all other n coveting Le Tong?
But what right did he have?
According to Le Tong’s words, he’s not anyone significant to her, so what right did he have to be jealous? Or to warn others?
Besides, Yang Sheng was about to leave, and he didn’t want his inexplicable jealousy to harm his relationship with Yang Sheng.
Ji Rui took off his shoes and sat cross-legged next to Le Tong, first grabbing a drink and taking several gulps before casually asking Le Tong, "Did Yang Sheng tell you anything?"
Le Tong’s gaze rested on Baobao, "Hmm, senior said he’s the young master of the Northern Yang Family, and ntioned he’s going back to handle family matters."
Ji Rui seed slightly surprised, as Yang Sheng never proactively ntioned this identity to others. Now, he had told Le Tong, did this an he truly saw her differently?
"Did you ask him?"
Ji Rui’s alarm bells rang, as Yang Sheng had repeatedly assured him that he wasn’t in love with Le Tong. Yet, he’d never seen Yang Sheng so unguarded with soone, and that soone was a woman!
"No, he said it himself." Le Tong answered honestly, turning to glance oddly at Ji Rui.
"Did he say anything else?"
Ji Rui’s heart leapt to his throat. Could it be that slightly intimate scene he saw was Yang Sheng confessing to Le Tong?
Le Tong felt a surge of resistance; why did this man have to ddle in every little thing?
However, her resistance didn’t last long, thinking that this man’s nervousness probably ca from Yang Sheng hiding sothing important from him, and he wanted answers from her.
With this thought, Le Tong’s once-cold expression gradually ward.
"Didn’t say." Le Tong shook her head, picked up a plate, forked a few pieces of fruit, and handed them to Ji Rui.
This answer made Ji Rui breathe a sigh of relief, taking the fruit he normally didn’t like slowly, and began eating it.
Their actions seed like those of an old married couple, yet the two involved did so unconsciously.
Le Tong, who was handing the fruit, would every evening at ho force Ji Rui and Baobao to eat so fruit after dinner, so she did it habitually without further thought.
And Ji Rui seed used to it, as whenever he was free, Le Tong would hand him so supposedly healthy food that he didn’t particularly enjoy.
If soone else handed him these foods, Ji Rui certainly would imdiately sour in deanor, but if it was from Le Tong, even if it were poison, he might eat it all without batting an eye.
Ji Rui quietly ate all the fruit from the plate, put the plate down, drank half a cup of water, then looked at Le Tong, "Have you made up your mind about what I asked?"
Le Tong’s face showed difficulty, "Mr. Ji, I’m worried..."
"Still worried you can’t handle it?" Ji Rui stared closely at her face, interrupting her before she could finish.
Le Tong boldly nodded, "Hmm, I think you should have better choices, there’s no need to have soone at my amateurish skill level take over senior’s affairs."
Le Tong analyzed matter-of-factly, although she wished for a larger platform to showcase her talent, and the position of executive assistant to the president would undoubtedly be an incredibly enticing stage for her.
But she also knew her worth; she currently didn’t possess Yang Sheng’s ability, forcing herself into that position would only burden Ji Rui.
What Le Tong said was entirely reasonable, yet Ji Rui was completely unmoved, rely raising an eyebrow at her, "But I’m here, aren’t I?"
These words sounded incredibly ambiguous.
Le Tong felt electricity running through her scalp, bowed her head to avoid Ji Rui’s gaze, constantly reminding herself not to overthink, he’s talking about business!
"Mr. Ji, you’re already busy enough. I don’t want to beco a burden to you."
Le Tong, throughout her life, feared most becoming a burden to others, especially with her current ambiguous relationship with Ji Rui, she should strongly avoid getting tangled with him.
"I don’t mind!"
Ji Rui stated firmly, without waiting for Le Tong’s reaction, he added, "Starting tomorrow night, I’ll tutor you!"
To Ji Rui, if Le Tong was to be considered a burden, then she was a sweet burden, and even if he had to bear it for a lifeti, he wouldn’t mind!
