This evening, Da Bao had insomnia.

Unable to get any useful information from Little Treasure, Da Bao returned to his room and turned on the computer. With a quick search online, a flood of reports about young girls’ early romances spread across the screen, making Da Bao’s forehead throb.

Looking at titles like "Eleven-Year-Old Girl Pregnant" and "Ten-Year-Old Girl’s Early Romance," he didn’t even have the courage to click on them.

He tried hard to recall his experiences from a few years ago, hoping to find so similar experiences to solve the current problem.

But as he thought back and forth, he realized he had never really tried to understand the experiences or feelings of the girls in his class.

Back then, his mind was filled only with his brother and sister, and among his classmates, he only paid attention to his close friends like Yin Zhihao. Everyone else, in Da Bao’s eyes, was no different from fixed scenery.

He himself had been receiving love letters since he started elentary school, but he never bothered to look at other girls. Those love letters were usually returned in the sa way they ca, never once opened to read.

He couldn’t even rember the faces of the girls who had been in the sa class as him.

His mory had always been excellent, but trying to recall the looks of the girls whose nas he rembered felt like he had face blindness; no matter which girl, they all seed to have the sa face.

So, he found that his experiences over the years didn’t offer any guidance to use as a lesson for Nuonuo, who might be stepping into early romance.

Feeling quite troubled, Da Bao knocked on the study door.

Daddy and Mommy were busy with a project recently, so they had been working overti in the study room every evening after dinner.

"Co in!"

Da Bao pushed the door open, poking his head in to take a look, "Mommy, can we chat?"

Le Tong responded almost without thinking, "Sure, give five minutes."

Regardless of how busy they are, Le Tong and Ji Rui always et their children’s requests.

Especially with Da Bao, this child almost never asks for help from his parents unless absolutely necessary.

"You go ahead, I’ll discuss the rest with Yang Sheng later." This project was a joint endeavor by the Ji Family and the Yang Family.

"Okay, I’ve organized most of the materials you wanted, take a look first, I’ll continue later."

After giving instructions, Le Tong got up and went out.

Little Treasure, still a primary school student, was also forced to go back to his room to rest at this hour. The living room was dimly lit with a blue glow.

Le Tong turned on the chandelier, took two bottles of drinks from the fridge, handed one to Da Bao, and drank one herself.

Da Bao took the drink but frowned, looking at her, "Mommy, aren’t you supposed to avoid cold drinks?"

After all these years, Le Tong was still under the protection of Da Bao and Ji Rui, regularly visiting Doctor Fu for a check-up and getting health-preserving prescriptions.

"One bottle is fine, I’m thirsty!"

Le Tong twisted the cap open, but Da Bao snatched the drink from her.

"I’ll warm it up."

With her determined son, Le Tong shook her head helplessly and followed him into the kitchen.

"Hungry? I can heat up so snacks while I’m at it."

Da Bao shook his head, "I’m not hungry, if you and Daddy need it, you can heat so up."

Da Bao poured the jujube tea from the bottle into a cup and put it in the microwave to heat up.

Le Tong turned around, took a bag of juicy dumplings from the fridge, poured them onto a plate, and stead them in a pot.

When Da Bao ca out with Le Tong’s heated jujube tea, Le Tong also divided the hot dumplings into two dishes, taking one to the study for Ji Rui and leaving the other in the living room.

"Mommy, Nuonuo has been acting strange these past few days."

Da Bao went straight to the point as soon as Le Tong sat down.

"Oh? What’s wrong with Nuonuo?"

Le Tong tried hard to recall but felt her daughter was the sa as usual, leaving happily in the morning and bouncing back in the evening, nothing seed wrong!

"She’s been saying she’s tired lately and goes to sleep right after finishing her howork."

This was news to Le Tong. She had been working overti for days and didn’t know about Nuonuo’s early sleep.

"She’s been saying she’s tired?"

Le Tong was slightly furrowed in thought for a while before saying, "Could it be a physiological issue?"

All things considered, Nuonuo was almost eleven, it was about ti.

Inwardly, Le Tong blad herself for neglecting her children’s matters, always assuming Da Bao would take care of his brother and sister, forgetting that Nuonuo was a girl, so things Da Bao as a son couldn’t handle.

"Physiological issue?" Da Bao didn’t imdiately catch on.

"Yes, I’ll take Nuonuo to school tomorrow and chat with her about it. If necessary, I’ll take her to see a doctor."

Hearing Le Tong say this, Da Bao thought for a mont and then suddenly realized.

"Mommy, are you saying Nuonuo might be starting her period?" In this open-minded family, sex education with the children started early, so Da Bao didn’t find it an unspeakable topic.

"I’m not sure, let ask her tomorrow."

Le Tong wasn’t sure if Nuonuo was, but given Nuonuo’s age, it was ti to cover those bases with her.

Unlike Da Bao and Little Treasure, Nuonuo’s comprehension was relatively slower, many things had to be explained specially for her to understand.

"Alright..." Da Bao had no objections to this.

"Besides this, you think there’s sothing else with Nuonuo, right?" Le Tong could tell from her son’s reaction that his thoughts weren’t limited to just that.

"Yes, Little Treasure ntioned there’s a girl in their class who’s in an early romance. I’m worried about Nuonuo; she’s so naive and might get tricked by soone sweet-talking her."

Da Bao didn’t want to think of his sister as foolish, but he knew with her beauty and talent, there were certainly so boys infatuated with her.

Boys these days, with their smooth talk and sweet words, who can ensure that naive little fool won’t fall for it!

Le Tong looked at her son as if she had heard the biggest joke, eyes wide open.

"Baby, you’re afraid Nuonuo will fall for a boy in her class?"

Da Bao furrowed his brows slightly, feeling inexplicably uncomfortable hearing Mommy use "fall for."

"It’s not that I fear she’ll fall for soone, just afraid she’s too naive and might be deceived by soone."

Le Tong burst into laughter, placing the tea back on the coffee table and scooting closer to her son.

"Baby, rest assured, our Nuonuo has been surrounded by handso guys all her life; those immature boys can’t catch her eye!"

Seeing Da Bao still looking troubled, Le Tong patted his shoulder to comfort him, "Don’t worry!"

"Mommy, I don’t quite understand what you an!" Da Bao always felt there was sothing more in his mom’s words, and her smile seed a bit off!

"Silly son, Mommy ans nothing, just assuring you that Nuonuo won’t fancy any of those boys." Le Tong reassured him with a smile.
