"Zhao Hao, Wei Qi, how’s your internship arrangent? Want to co over and help ?"
Da Bao is comfortably seated as the manager of a subsidiary, arranging positions for his two best friends is a piece of cake. Moreover, he genuinely wants them to co over to assist.
Of course, the premise is they are also willing to co and help him.
That’s why he hasn’t invited them yet, instead, waiting until most people have settled their internship placents and these two friends haven’t made any move, he finally asks.
Yin Zhi turns his head to glare at the big boy in the passenger seat, letting out a long sigh.
"Damn, Ji Dabao, I thought you didn’t have such intentions at all, keeping us suffocated!"
These two may seem carefree, but they have strong self-esteem. Their years of friendship with Da Bao stem from mutual affinity, not because of Da Bao’s background.
So, even though both of them have thoughts of working for their friend’s company, they never voiced it.
Da Bao looked at them innocently, "I had this idea long ago, but I don’t want to use my friendship to bind you and sway your choices!"
Ren Weiqi pats his head, "Da Bao, you know how many people are desperate to get into the Ji Family, and Zhao Hao and I are no exception!"
Da Bao won’t tell them that when he decided to take over this subsidiary, he was already planning to bring his two best friends over to help in the future.
Because this subsidiary is an online ga developnt company and is Ji Family’s front-runner in venturing into this new field.
"Just so you know, I won’t be arranging for you at Ji Group Headquarters but in the subsidiary where I work. No objections, right?"
Even though they are his friends, Da Bao won’t stand in the way of their prospects.
"Of course, our majors naturally suit your company better, don’t they?" Yin Zhihao and Ren Weiqi thought along similar lines as Da Bao.
"Alright, since you’ve already decided, how about we go buy so stuff later and I’ll take you to see my company?"
The three reached a consensus, bought the necessary travel supplies at the designated location, and turned the car toward the subsidiary.
Da Bao has worked at the subsidiary for two years, but to be honest, he hasn’t spent much ti physically at the company. Most of the ti, he remotely manages the company’s operations online.
And the person who consistently sits at the subsidiary is his dad’s rival in love. Of course, Mommy doesn’t acknowledge this fact.
This person is Zhong Hao, and the original company of the subsidiary was Zhong Hao’s company, acquired by Ji Family two years ago, and Zhong Hao was retained.
When Da Bao took over the subsidiary, Ji Rui made it clear that he would not interfere with any personnel arrangents of the subsidiary.
Da Bao ticulously checked the remaining staff configuration of the original company, had a special chat with Zhong Hao, and finally decided to keep him as the deputy manager, that is, his assistant.
When Da Bao is not present, Zhong Hao acts with all the authority.
Da Bao led his two friends to the company and happened to et Zhong Hao coming out of a eting.
"Uncle Hao, these two are my classmates. They’ll be coming over in a couple of days. They’ll send their information to your email privately, or do you need to talk to them first?"
Zhong Hao, nearly forty but looking well-maintained like he’s in his thirties, nodded as a greeting upon hearing Da Bao’s introduction, then handed the material he was holding to Da Bao.
"Young Master Yu, this is the newly drafted plan, see if there’s anything that needs supplenting or changing."
He finished and turned, taking one person in each arm into his office.
"Let talk to them first."
Da Bao waved his hand, looking down at the material, leaving his two friends’ fate entirely at Zhong Hao’s disposal.
Zhong Hao, clad in a perfectly tailored suit but unpretentious, personally made two cups of coffee and handed them to the two boys, carefully scrutinizing them for a mont, "Which of you is Yin Zhihao, and which is Ren Weiqi?"
Yin Zhihao and Ren Weiqi, taking the coffee, felt a bit anxious and uneasy. Despite their close relationship with Ji Dabao, it doesn’t erase the fact that they’re rookies in the workplace. For Zhong Hao, presumably holding significant authority, to personally make coffee for them, isn’t it a bit overwhelming?
Finally, Yin Zhihao was the first to react from the shock and nervousness, "Manager Zhong, you know us?"
"Yes, Young Master Yu ntioned you. But specifically, you should tell : your specialties, job targets, everything, tell ."
The three chatted for nearly an hour, and when Zhong Hao led them out, Da Bao had just finished handling his tasks.
"How did it go?"
"Young Master Yu, Zhihao to the design departnt, Wei Qi to the tech departnt, any issues?"
What Zhong Hao arranged was precisely their matching professional departnts.
Da Bao looked at his friends, "Well, Uncle Hao, you make the decisions."
Browsing through the files Da Bao handed back to him, Zhong Hao replied, "I’ll go busy myself, Zhihao and Wei Qi, you report next week."
Once Zhong Hao left, Da Bao turned to ask his friends, who were sitting casually on his office desk without any decorum.
"How is it, satisfied?"
Their faces carried smiles, "Satisfied! Manager Zhong offered us trial conditions and talked about how aweso and hardworking you are, telling us to grow up quickly so we can assist you in conquering the world."
Da Bao wasn’t at all surprised at this. Zhong Hao indeed is loyal to him; otherwise, he wouldn’t feel at ease leaving the company under his managent.
"Yes, from now on, just follow Uncle Hao’s arrangents for personnel matters; I generally don’t interfere."
Da Bao is keen on enlisting his friends’ help, but fresh out of school, they’re still raw in many aspects and need ti to hone and refine their skills to beco successful.
In the evening, Da Bao casually ntioned this to Ji Rui and Le Tong, whose reactions were uniform.
"It’s your business in the company, we won’t interfere."
Ji Rui said, and Le Tong nodded in agreent beside him.
Actually, ever since Da Bao took over the subsidiary, they have never intervened or interfered even once, nor has Zhong Hao ever reported anything to them beyond his authority. In their view, to truly help one grow, you must let them strive on their own.
Little Treasure chid in, possibly joking or genuinely, "Brother, why don’t I co to your company and help out too?"
Da Bao took a sip of the soup, "Sure, whichever departnt you want, I’ll ask Uncle Hao to arrange it."
Da Bao believed Little Treasure would likely feel about joining the company like leveling up in gas, full of conquest thrill and excitent, so he didn’t oppose Little Treasure’s involvent.
Nuonuo, listening to their conversation all along, remained silent but her expression carried a hint of lancholy.
