Warehouses were neatly lined up one after another, with such structures flanking both sides of the port’s plaza area. These warehouses were built extrely solidly, and none of them have collapsed even to this day. Moreover, over 20% of the white dots and so blue dots on the map were all accumulated within the warehouse district.

The port’s plaza was densely covered with skeletons, likely belonging to those who were once active here. Most of these skeletons had already turned into fragnts.

The group remained vigilant as they walked through the warehouse district. Various buildings stretched out before their eyes.

A straight and wide street split the city in half, with a towering clock tower visible in the distance. Alongside it were various fragnts of skeletons.

Because the Treasure Hunting Team that ca before them had cleared the way, no skeletons ca to trouble them.

"This feels not too bad," Pororo said with a laugh as he kicked the bone fragnts under his feet.

At this mont, Chadite suddenly spoke up, "Be careful, soone is running in our direction."

Chadite had been spreading out silver ripples around him, sending out a wave from ti to ti to monitor the surroundings in real-ti.

Upon hearing Chadite’s warning, the group imdiately beca alert, hiding behind the nearby houses.

As they hid and waited, chaotic footsteps approached, accompanied by screams and curses.

Hearing these sounds, Alka couldn’t help but frown. It sounded as if soone was fleeing for their life. This indicated danger.

As they were considering the situation, the people making the noise appeared at the entrance to the street, erging into their field of vision.

Upon the central avenue, about four people were frantically running ahead; one of them, covered in blood, had fallen behind the group.

However, there was nothing visible chasing them; it was unclear what they were running from.

At that mont, the person trailing behind was suddenly torn to pieces, fragnted limbs dropping from the sky and smashing onto the ground.

Blood rained down like droplets, subsequently covering an invisible object, roughly revealing its contour.

However, the outline appeared only for a mont before the blood disappeared again, seemingly absorbed.

From a distance, the three who were escaping suddenly froze in place, struggling as if restrained.

"Should we rescue them?" Chadite asked. If they saved these people, it could help them effectively obtain so information about the Island.

"Rescue them," Alka said, and the group imdiately dashed out from their hiding spot. "Don’t worry about those who are restrained. Take down the attacker first!"

The hidden attacker was indeed an Evil Spirit.

However, their hiding spot was not close to where the battle was happening; it was at least several hundred ters away.

At this mont, Lucilia’s voice reached everyone’s ears, "Be careful, there’s not just one. A group is following them."

Weren’t these Evil Spirits supposed to be unable to leave the buildings they were in? Why had a group suddenly rushed out?

According to Lucilia’s information, there were seven Evil Spirits in total, excluding the one that first appeared.

Half of the Evil Spirits that had been chasing the people split off to attack the three restrained mbers of the Treasure Hunting Team.

The other three rushed directly toward Alka’s group.

"Two Spirals, can you handle them?" Julia asked, having detected the general strength of these Evil Spirits.

She wasn’t quite familiar with Alka’s and the others’ exact combat capabilities, so she needed to ask.

"No problem," Alka replied.

Dealing rely with Two Spirals was within their capability. Besides, they had a powerful ace.

"Grant True Sight."

Julia’s voice suddenly rang out. Then, right beneath their feet, a giant eye symbol abruptly appeared, marked directly on the ground.

The symbol’s radiance flickered alive.

Alka imdiately sensed a change; he could now clearly see the invisible Evil Spirits.

Not only him, but Chadite and the others could also see clearly.

"You can’t fight properly if you can’t see your enemies, can you?" Julia said to the Evil Spirits, covering her mouth with a laugh.

"HAHAHA, thanks! Now I can finally fight them head-on!" Pororo exclaid, his voice filled with excitent. He then stomped his foot and dashed forward.

Finally! He couldn’t stand those damned Evil Spirits always being invisible in front of him. This ti, he would vent all his frustration!

Since there were only three Evil Spirits, Pororo and Julia each took on one.

Alka imdiately tossed out a Blue Card. It traced an arc through the air, and the exploding Water Chain instantly bound an Evil Spirit.

These Evil Spirits were slightly different from those Alka had seen before; earlier Evil Spirits were usually surrounded by a ghostly green aura.

Yet on these Evil Spirits, a clearly visible blood-red aura drifted around, appearing more sinister than the previous ones.

And though thoroughly mutated, their combat style wasn’t reckless; their actions showed a degree of pattern and strategy.

They had maintained their invisibility from the start. Even when Alka’s Blue Card detonated, one of the erupting chains, despite the close range, was narrowly dodged by an Evil Spirit.

This was the first mutated Evil Spirit he had encountered that could dodge his chains at such close range.
