From a distance, Alka imdiately ordered the Sound of Dawn to slow down upon seeing the bay nestled inward. Then, together with Chadite, they ticulously controlled their approach to minimize the chance of being discovered. If there were people on this island, there should definitely be structures in the bay, which was extrely suitable for landing. Moreover, the surroundings seed very suitable for settlent.

As the entire bay ca into view, Jason exclaid, "There’s a derelict ship!"

Everyone else also saw three abandoned ships of varying sizes, wrecked on the bay’s beach. These abandoned ships were incredibly dilapidated, looking more like the remnants of sunken vessels that had been washed ashore. Basically, only rotten planks remained.

As they reached the mouth of the bay, contemplating whether to enter, the sky suddenly changed. Everyone looked up. A horizontal line swiftly streaked across the sky, and after it passed, daylight turned into night. In just a few seconds, the sky beca completely dark, with stars dotting the celestial canvas. They even saw a few gigantic planets suspended in the starry sky, hanging so vividly it seed they might fall at any mont. This created a palpable sense of oppression.

The sudden nightfall and the completely unfamiliar starry sky left everyone montarily stunned.

"So... this is how night falls in the Endless Sea," Chadite couldn’t help but murmur.

They had all just seen that line-like object streak across the sky. The celestial view seed to be instantly overlaid, transforming from day to night in re seconds. It was as if there were two pictures, and soone had rapidly slid one over the other. Dusk didn’t exist here. It was just that abrupt.

"Alright, I won’t be surprised if sothing even more outrageous happens now," Alka said, lowering his head.

It’s fine, this is just a characteristic of the Endless Sea. I just have to get used to it.

Within a single day, two worldview-reshaping phenona had occurred. But it didn’t matter; as long as one’s worldview was sufficiently shattered, such things could be disregarded.

The others pondered for a mont and agreed. If seawater could fly into the sky and they could sail as if suspended upside down, what was so unacceptable about a re abrupt shift from day to night? Their mindset was already starting to let go. Various wonders and anomalies could co as they pleased; they would no longer be surprised.

Moreover, with the cover of night, combined with the mirrors enveloping the ship, their camouflage was almost perfect, unless soone ca very close to observe.

"Should we go ashore and investigate the island now?" Jason asked from beside him.

Alka looked at the abandoned ships on the beach within the bay, contemplated for a mont, then shook his head. "It’s nightti now," Alka explained. "Besides, we know nothing about the situation on this island. Who knows what outrageous things might be up there? After all, the Magic Power concentration here is sowhat too high. A high concentration of Magic Power can affect everything in the world; anything could co to life."

"No," Alka decided. "We’ll anchor the ship first and go ashore during the day. Tonight, I’ll take a stroll in the Dream Realm to scout things out."

Hearing this, everyone nodded. If there was intelligent life ashore, Alka could find them through the Dream Bubbles in the Dream Realm. He might even be able to gather so information that way. Besides, even animal dreams weren’t entirely useless. In any case, it was always wise to be cautious when arriving in a new place.

That damned author! Why couldn’t they have put more information in the *Land of Dreams*? Whenever he thought of those ambiguous descriptions in the *Land of Dreams*, he grew irritated. Luring people in and then leaving them hanging, is that it?

Thus, they steered the Sound of Dawn into a small recess in a nearby cliff face, planning to rest there for the night.

"By the way, how long will this night last?" Jason, who was sitting in the dining area eating, suddenly asked. They had arrived when it was already daylight, so they didn’t know how long the dayti actually lasted.

"Don’t worry," Simon said with a smile from nearby. "I’ve been timing it since night began. Once the night ends, we’ll know how long it lasts." Such an important matter naturally had to be constantly observed. Everything here was so unique; it was magnificent. For Simon, with his researcher’s disposition, it truly was.

After dinner, Alka said, "Everyone, get a good rest tonight. It’s been a tiring day."

This was certainly true; the day had indeed been exhausting, both physically and ntally.

After the night watch schedule was arranged, Alka returned to his room. After quickly washing up, he lay on his bed and swiftly sank into the Dream Realm.

He was rather eager to discover what the Dream World of the Endless Sea would be like. Would it be as bustling as he imagined, or would it be completely different? He was fairly certain there was a distinct barrier between the Endless Sea and the ocean region of the Four Gods. This was the pitch-black area they had crossed earlier. There, Alka couldn’t even enter dreams, indicating that dreams didn’t exist there at all.

With these thoughts, Alka’s consciousness awakened in the Dream Realm. The first thing Alka did upon awakening was to check his Dream Bubbles. The bubbles showed no strange changes... or so he thought, until he noticed sothing.

Alka stared at the giant crystal behind him. Apart from the remaining golden energy within it, there was now so silver energy he had never seen before. Seeing this unfamiliar energy in the crystal, Alka frowned deeply, wondering when and how it had appeared. Tentatively, he reached a hand into the crystal, pinched a randomly drifting silver sphere of energy, and drew it out. Pink mist poured from his hands, enveloping the silver energy orb. He closed his eyes to carefully perceive what exactly this substance was. After a mont, he had an answer.

Ah, so that’s it.

This energy was almost identical to the golden Dream Energy; only the effects they produced were different. The golden energy transford things from dreams into reality, allowing them to flood into the physical world. It could open a gateway from the Dream Realm to reality. The silver energy transford things from reality into illusions, allowing them to flood into the Dream Realm. It could open a gateway from reality to the Dream Realm.

Although they appeared very similar, their functions were diatrically opposed. For instance, the gateway wasn’t necessarily two-way. However, according to information Alka had acquired, when the barrier between reality and the Dream Realm thinned, any opening ford would typically allow passage in both directions. This ant that every naturally occurring gateway utilized both types of energy simultaneously. And these two types of energy were indeed distinct; one could use this silver energy to construct a one-way gateway. This would allow Alka more flexible control and help him achieve his desired effects with greater precision.

Then the question arose: where did this silver energy co from? He had no idea.

After all, his Dream Realm ticulously recorded everything that happened within it. Alka closed his eyes and began to review the events within his Dream Bubbles. His control over them was extraordinarily precise. One might even say he was like a god within his own Dream Bubbles. Of course, this wasn’t unique to him; anyone could achieve such control through training. The only question was how to train.

He pinpointed the exact mont the silver energy had appeared: it was just now.

Realizing the origin of the silver energy, Alka opened his eyes, his brow deeply furrowed. The silver energy, it turned out, had been brought with him when he had just entered the Dream Realm. It seed that every ti he entered the Dream Realm, he brought so energy from reality with him, effectively breaching the barrier between reality and the Dream Realm. This was equivalent to a one-way passage, and such a passage generated the silver energy.

Thinking of this, Alka imdiately woke up in the real world, then lay back on his bed, closed his eyes, and re-entered the Dream Realm. He turned his head. The amount of silver energy within the crystal hadn’t increased.

It didn’t work? Why? Just monts ago, I could generate silver energy, but not now. And why hadn’t it appeared before? Is there a ti limit? Or is it only effective the first ti? Or is it due to the unique conditions of the Endless Sea? With so little information, it’s impossible to analyze properly. I can only wait for the silver energy to appear again and then analyze the differences.
