At the Celestial Flower, located at the very center of the Island, there were many Priests and various Church mbers busily working. The Great Gardener, leader of the entire land of spirits, was preparing with the Priests nearby. Apart from these individuals, one other person was present, seeming sowhat out of place. It was Simon, sitting in a corner and adjusting so sort of chanical construct.
After adjusting the construct before him, Simon turned his head to look at a girl in priestly robes standing by his side.
"I'm going to start now. Is that okay?"
"It's fine, My Lord. You may proceed at any ti."
Simon nodded, closed his eyes, and then opened them again slightly. His eyes burst with a blue glow, intensely focused, which did not diffuse outward. His eye sockets and pupils transford, taking on a structure similar to machinery. The Treasure on the index finger of his Hand of Precision also flickered with an intensely concentrated blue light.
He raised his Hand of Precision, inserting the entire arm into the slot of the device before him. His left chanical arm lifted, and he placed it on top of the chanical structure. The floating platform carrying Ling and Shi slowly rose. The chanical platform then fixed itself to the top of the entire chanical structure, connecting them. Magic patterns appeared on the bottom of the floating platform. Shi sat on it, drowsy, while Ling remained beside her, maintaining a protective stance.
The entire chanical construct began to emit the sound of whirring gears. Blue light emanated from crevices in the structure. This indeed attracted many gazes, but no one ca to disturb him.
Soldiers patrolled various locations. The tallic objects they held began to flicker and tremble slightly.
"Captain, this thing is moving!"
Hearing this, the squad captain turned and saw the chanical construct in a soldier's hands trembling slightly.
"Quick, inject so Magic Power into it!"
The soldier nodded and promptly infused a bit of Magic Power.
As the Magic Power was infused, faint patterns appeared on the surface of the chanical construct. So of these patterns connected, forming a Spell, and the chanical construct instantly vanished in a burst of light.
"Did it disappear?" the captain asked.
"No, it's still in my hand, but it's invisible now," replied the soldier holding the chanical device.
"It's... it's moving! It's flying up!" the soldier exclaid as the weight in his hands vanished.
A buzzing sound filled the air around them. The invisible construct transford into a Sentinel Flying Device and soared into the sky. Buzzing sounds arose from all directions as countless Sentinel Flying Devices ascended simultaneously.
「At the sa ti.」
The Puppet Knight Order, divided into six groups, was stationed at six nodal points throughout the city. If their nodes were connected, they would form a hexagram. Their positions were not random; they were hidden in various concealed corners. Below each of them was a cylindrical stone pillar about two ters high. On the surface, it appeared to be made of stone, but internally, it was a complex chanical structure.
