Jason nodded after listening, then turned and left.
It wasn't until the latter half of the night that Alka and Simon awoke from their Deep Sleep, dragging their finally-recovered bodies to the deck, where everyone had long been waiting.
Chadite handed the ring box to Alka.
Alka looked up at that night's starry sky.
Whether by a stroke of luck or not, the starry sky that night was brilliant, with stars twinkling brightly.
A Star River, ford by countless stars, flowed through the night sky, dazzlingly bright.
"What beautiful weather," Alka said with a smile as he opened the jewelry box in his hand, revealing the Ring inside.
The Ring had a silver-gray band with a matte finish. Above the band, a blue crystal, which seed to hover in mid-air, was actually firmly embedded.
Looking closely at the blue crystal, one could sense its radiance, as if it contained a vast starry sky within.
Otherwise, it looked exceptionally plain.
"Let's start the ritual first."
As Alka spoke, a pink mist spread out, creating a giant, round Mirror Surface on the deck.
The Mirror completely reflected the starry sky above, upon which dense, intricate patterns appeared.
"Lucilia, take a look and see if it's correct," Alka asked.
Lucilia stared at the patterns on the Mirror for a long mont, making several adjustnts before she nodded in satisfaction. "It's functional now."
It seed more practice would be needed in the future.
They all stepped back a few paces, giving Alka space.
Alka tossed the Ring in his hand. It slowly floated to the center of the Mirror. Then, Alka began making strange hand gestures.
The pupils in his eyes transford into flickering yellow Starlight. This Starlight illuminated the sky, seemingly activating the starlight from the Array on the Mirror's surface.
The sky reflected in the Mirror beneath the Array seed to correspond, star for star, with the actual sky above.
Then, this reversed, and starlight from both the reflection and the true sky converged upon the Ring.
Alka opened his mouth and uttered strange, intricate, cryptic words. As these words resounded, they even activated so surrounding Magic Power, yet this Magic Power was exceptionally concealed.
The language he used was an obscure tongue that Lucilia had compiled from her translations during this period.
He only knew this part of the ritual.
As the chanting continued, the Mirror eventually shattered, transforming into specks of Starlight that vanished into the air.
The Ring, however, remained hovering in the center.
At this mont, the Ring seed to be shrouded in flickering Starlight. Originally an exceptionally exquisite piece, it now possessed the characteristics of the surrounding starlight.
It was like a translucent veil of the starry sky enveloping it.
The tiny Gemstone on it looked as if a star had fallen from the heavens and been embedded there.
Alka quickly placed the Ring back into the jewelry box. "Let's go to the secret chamber."
Guided by the Priest, they quickly entered the pre-prepared, equipped chamber through a side door of the chapel.
This was a room entirely enclosed by smooth stone walls. It was completely dark, lacking even any lighting fixtures.
Once inside, they could no longer sense any external Magic Power, only the residual traces that had flowed in when they first opened the door.
Soon, it beca a space devoid of Magic Power.
The materials embedded in the surrounding walls and their special construction thod provided Isolation from all internal and external Magic Power and spiritual fluctuations.
It was uncertain whether the fluctuations emitted during the creation of a Scepter Level Treasure would be transmitted outside.
Chadite waved his hand, and several clusters of light floated around. They resembled natural light, showing no Magic Power reaction.
Alka took a deep breath. He opened the tal box he had brought from the ship.
The Divine Essence, wrapped in petals, was revealed within.
He gently picked up the Essence. The petals enveloping it turned to ash at the touch of Alka's Magic Power.
The Divine Essence, filled with Energy and unknown power, radiated its brilliance before everyone.
The flickering Starlight from the Divine Essence even seed to activate the entire Ring, making it exceptionally radiant.
Everyone watched with tense expressions. A Treasure of Scepter Level was about to be born before their very eyes.
Alka gently drew the Ring and Divine Essence closer to each other. As they drew nearer, a mutual attraction seed to arise between them, pulling them toward each other.
The flickering Starlight grew increasingly profound.
Finally, the two completely rged. The Divine Essence flowed into the Ring like smoke, and the Ring's entire form began to transform.
The original ring band had completely turned into crystal, then from crystal into a flowing liquid.
This liquid flowed like a circling Star River, and the brilliant blue Gemstone that had been atop it beca the most luminous star within this Star River.
The entire object transford into a single, cohesive Ring. The Gemstone beca a flickering star integral to it.
Its appearance had changed drastically, and the Energy it emitted began to recede, becoming concealed.
However, its extraordinary form was such that no matter how it concealed its aura, its precious nature could not be hidden.
The Ring floated in the air, its Magic Power now concealed, and gently descended.
Alka stretched out his hand and carefully caught the Ring.
Everyone's gaze remained fixed on the Ring.
Under their gaze, Alka picked up the Ring and extended his index finger. Before everyone's eyes, he gently slid it onto his finger.
The Ring's Starlight flickered, and Alka's finger seed to be encircled by a miniature Star River from the night sky.
