Alka didn't understand demons, nor did he know much about the so-called Abyss; his knowledge of the Abyss and demons ca from entertainnt works in his past life.
Although there were so similarities between the two, they were obviously completely different things.
In this world, the Abyss is akin to a relatively powerful Plane World.
This plane has awakened a consciousness, supposedly the will of one of the original Creator Titans who died.
After his death, the world he created gathered around his body, being stained and corrupted, forming the first Abyss.
The essence of the Creator Titan was to create and die, his remaining will still wanting to create worlds, but he was obviously powerless.
Such days gradually mutated into grabbing, plundering, rging, devouring.
Turning other normal, intact worlds into parts of the Abyss.
Thus, the Cancer of the Star Realm was born.
Of course, this is just one theory of how the Abyss was born.
Among the Star Realm, there are countless theories explaining how the Abyss exists.
And those demons in the Abyss can entirely be described as bizarre and grotesque, as diverse as all creations.
But one identifying standard never goes wrong.
That is to look at the monster's horns, body size, and the wings on their back.
Demon creatures that look deford like little imps are definitely not very strong.
But the massive demon in front of them, once it unfolds the bat wings on its back, might be bigger than its own body.
Its coordinated body shape, robust muscles, and the patterns on its body all displayed its level of power.
Needless to say, Alka had already seen it.
He saw clearly the strength of this monster.
This was a demon with a power comparable to the Fourth Stage.
Around it were three demon figures the size of normal humans, but looking more emaciated, their wings behind them smaller, apparently unable to carry them in flight.
These crimson demons spewed lava and flas to attack.
"Ah, I am indeed lucky. Heh heh!"
The burly, broken-horned demon looked at Alka and the others, its eyes staring straight at Alka.
To everyone's surprise, it actually started speaking. The words it spoke were incomprehensible, yet everyone could very clearly understand the aning it conveyed.
"A human with a strong soul, truly delicious, I can hardly wait."
Saying that, the massive bat wings on its back gently flapped, propelling it like a projectile towards Alka.
A veil of starlight draped over everyone's bodies.
Sparkling starlight effects manifested on Alka's body surface.
A shooting star streaked across.
"Boom!"
A loud crash.
A giant figure was sent flying away, crashing straight into the water, creating a huge splash.
A vast amount of steam rose.
The figure that fell into the water stood up.
His eyes, orange and yellow, filled with blood red, with evident indentations on his face and body.
The corner of the wing at his back was also fractured and twisted.
With just a single strike, this demon had clearly fallen into a disadvantage.
Alka stood still, looked at his own hands, with specks of starlight shimring on them.
So strong!
It was only when he truly fought in reality with those of the sa level that he truly understood the augntation brought by the Scepter-level.
It's important to note that the Star River itself is an artifact leaning towards support.
Mainly coming from enhancent, divination, decryption.
But when its effects and enhancents were applied to himself, the power displayed was much stronger than Alka imagined.
The demon with the broken horn had a ferocious face, similarly sowhat incredulous. It roared, suddenly pushing towards Alka.
An attack converged of lava gushed out, transforming into a pillar of fire.
The range of this attack was extrely wide.
It was evident that it was an attack of great power.
Just at the mont this shot out, the demon flapped its wings and without hesitation turned to dart towards the sky.
He fled.
The starlit iron fist pounded heavily out.
The erupting column of fire was directly smashed and extinguished.
Watching the demon already flying to escape into the sky, Alka's eyes shimred with light like a myriad of stars.
Whoosh!
A piercing whistling sound.
A teor rose from the ground, rushing towards the sky.
The crowd who had just dealt with those three small monsters looked up.
Only to see the teor streak across.
In the sky at trendous speed, it collided heavily into the demon.
Scorching blood like lava splattered in the sky.
One of its wings was even directly smashed, and the demon, like a kite with a broken string, fell towards the ground.
Alka plumted along with the demon.
Everyone only saw a teor dragging a trail smashing into the swamp.
Water splashed out like a fountain.
On the swamp, simple waves were even stirred to spread around, the wave's water lashing against everyone's legs.
The water splashed down.
Eyes shimring with starlight, surrounded by starlight effects, Alka. One hand grasped the remaining intact horn of the demon, walking out from the splash.
And the demon's body, like a deflated ball, like a rag, was dragged in the water.
Blood like lava flowed from all parts of its body, rging into the water, emitting vast amounts of steam. Evidently, it was no longer breathing.
Crushed.
Completely crushed.
Alka didn't know how strong this so-called demon was, compared to other people, at what level.
But in front of him, there was completely no power to fight back.
Too weak.
"Wasteful! Too wasteful!"
