Just as Rion’s Zone covered the whole settlent of Alsyandra, blue screens flooded his vision.

The screens finally disappeared from his vision, and he turned his head to Zaelyane. "Should we continue further?"
Zaelyane nodded while staring at the place before with a faint smile on her lips. "Yes."
He looked at Yuura and said, "Stay close to ."
Yuura stepped closer to him and placed his hands around the hilt of his daggers.
"Let’s go," Rion stated, and they moved towards the settlent.
As they neared it, various people fell into their vision.
All of these people were beautiful, but none of them was near Zaelyane’s beauty.
As they were elves, their foreheads had one spirit eye, their ears were long and sharp, and their hair was dual tone, all started with a different shade, such as blond, and ended at green.
They wore simple tunics similar to those of a tribe and moved around the settlent with smiles on their faces.
’Why are there no children?’ Rion wondered and reached the entrance of the settlent.
Just as the elves saw them, their eyes widened beyond belief. So looked at them as if they were so kind of mythical beasts, while others scread in panic and had their hands raised towards them.
"OhW?!"
"tahW era yeht?"
"oH, rethoM! pleH su!"
(Who?!)
(What are they?)
(Oh, Mother! Help us!)
Elves who were in their huts peeked at them and glared in vigilance.
Rion placed a hand on Yuura’s shoulder and mumbled, "Calm down, we have Zaelyane with us."
Yuura looked at Zaelyane before he nodded and took a heavy breath of relief.
After walking for fifteen more minutes, they neared the cave at the edge of the settlent, and over a hundred elves were following behind them.
Most of them had already cald down, and their panic had been transford into curiosity.
"yehT kool ekil esoht humans morf eht stxet."
"yehT od!"
"haeY!!"
"yhW era yeht ereh?"
(They look like those humans from the texts.)
(They do!)
(Yeah!)
(Why are they here?)
As Rion set foot on the first step of the stairs leading to the royal daughter’s palace, he frowned and shifted his gaze to the left end of the settlent.
The heavenly tree entered his vision, and he questioned himself, ’What is going on?’
He looked around. ’Why does it feel like I’ve been here before?’
"My liege, is sothing wrong?"
Yuura’s voice pulled him out of his thoughts, and he replied, "No, everything’s fine."
He pushed away the strange feeling and ascended the steps.
They entered the cave, and a calming sll reached them.
Without any thought, they walked forward.
The walls of the caves had motifs that were filled with ether dust that emitted a faint blue glow; at the edge of the motifs was white paint that made the walls appear more like an art piece.
As they crossed the tunnel-like cave, they entered a wide area that was enclosed by the cavern walls, and sunlight fell from the opening above.
The whole place was full of beautiful flowers that shed a glow of a similar color, and at the center was a short two-story pagoda.
The pagoda was pale with vines coiling around its pillars and railings, the roofs were of dark stone, and the walls had golden runes carved in them.
As they neared the pagoda, a serene voice reached them, "You have finally returned..."
A heavy thud resounded behind Rion, and he tore his gaze to the back.
"Yuura!" He shouted upon seeing that Yuura had fallen unconscious from just hearing the voice of the figure sitting in the pagoda.
"Oh?" The voice spoke again, and this ti, it seed surprised.
Rion turned towards the pagoda with a furious expression.
His Zone, which he had kept from entering the pagoda, flowed into the pagoda, and before Zaelyane could even react, he teleported.
"Rion! Wait!" Zaelyane shouted at the top of her lungs, but it was already too late.
At the center of the pale pagoda was a black cushion on which sat an elf woman wearing a green kimono with red and golden floral embroidery; her long black hair, which ended in green, was tied to the back with a pale hairpin.
The smoke of soothing incense filled the place.
Her bright green lips parted as she questioned, "Are you a Dhaevrak?"
Behind her stood Rion, his face utterly calm as the tip of his spear rested beside her pale neck.
He ignored her question and asked his own, "Is this how the royal daughter treats her guests?"
The royal daughter let out an amused chuckle that sounded like the chis. "Guests? I don’t rember inviting you?"
The corners of Rion’s lips curled upwards, and he whispered, "It doesn’t matter if you had invited or not — if I claim to be your guest, then I am one."
She also smiled. "You are quite arrogant for soone who has co here for help."
Rion moved his spear away from her neck and said, "It’s not arrogance; you simply cannot resist my authority."
A frown crossed her face, and she mumbled, "What do you an?"
His lips widened into a grin, and he stepped forward.
