WHOOOOM— The mournful call of a curved horn roused the entire Crow Tribe army.

Squad after squad of Crow Hunters, clad in black with heavy, dark circles painted around their eyes, rushed toward the camp’s wooden palisade wall.

"Hold the line! Use the Crossbow chanisms! We can’t let them get in!"

Grey Feather shouted from within the Crow Tribe’s camp.

Swarms of Crow Hunters rushed to the wall of stone and wood, drew their Longbows, and fired into the wilds.

The few Crossbow chanisms mounted on the wall swiveled rapidly, loosing thick Crossbow Arrows into the wilderness.

In the wilderness, a figure cloaked in a black robe and wearing a mask walked slowly forward, silhouetted by the rising sun.

Beside him were several huge, square tal boxes of unknown purpose.

A javelin’s maximum range was forty to fifty ters, a Hunting Bow’s was between one hundred fifty and two hundred ters, and the Crow Tribe’s Crossbow chanisms could reach over three hundred ters.

The man had just crossed the two-hundred-ter mark. He didn’t dodge or flinch, letting the Arrows and Crossbow Arrows rain down on him as he advanced at a steady pace, as if he were not a human but an eternal stone statue.

The Crossbow Arrows fell like rain, deflecting off him to the ground. So struck the tal boxes with sharp, muffled thuds.

In his wake, he left a path paved with fallen arrows.

BANG! A resonant boom echoed out, striking everyone’s heart like a heavy hamr.

At the sa ti, a Crow Hunter’s head exploded like a waterlon hit with a sledgehamr, and his body crashed to the ground.

This had happened more than a dozen tis. Each ti the boom echoed, another elite Crow Hunter fell.

So had their heads blown apart, others had massive holes punched through their bodies, and so were even torn in two!

The Crow Hunters behind the wall ducked their heads, scanning the surrounding wilderness, but they couldn’t see any sign of the shooter.

"Witchcraft... This has to be Witchcraft..." a Crow Hunter murmured, watching the figure draw ever closer.

From the mont he appeared, the man had done nothing but walk forward, yet the Crow Hunters were dying one by one!

"No... This isn’t Witchcraft. It’s a damned gun!" Grey Feather said through gritted teeth, his eyes wide as he stared at the approaching figure.

"Mr. Grey Feather, so what if he has a gun? The legendary Holy Spear isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Even the great Saint Spear Mayor was captured by your people and turned into a Seed Source. Use fire!"

Scar said from the side, his eyes narrowed.

After betraying the mayor, he had gained many benefits but could no longer show his face in Naless Town, so he had joined the Crow Tribe.

"Prepare the Burning Bottles!" Grey Feather ordered, his face grim.

He had yet to et an enemy who didn’t fear fire. With enough heat, even stone could be turned to ash!

’But who is this person who just appeared out of nowhere?’

’Why does he harbor such deep animosity toward the Crow Tribe?’

Several Crow Hunters imdiately took out precious glass bottles salvaged from the ruins, filled them with gasoline, stuffed in cloth wicks, and lit the ends, preparing to launch them with the Crossbow chanisms.

BANG! Another shot rang out. A Burning Bottle exploded, erupting in a massive fireball that engulfed the nearby Crow Hunters and the gasoline they were carrying!

The raging flas and the hunters’ screams set the simple wooden palisade ablaze, shaking the morale of the other Crow Hunters.

The black-robed man and his tal boxes had already closed to within fifty ters!

Grey Feather drew two Javelins, instantly piercing the hearts of two of the burning n to silence their screams. He glared at the black-robed figure and commanded grimly:

"Ready Javelins! He doesn’t have the Holy Spear on him; it must be sowhere else! Capture this man, and this all ends!"

He then turned to his lieutenants and ordered:

"Send a patrol out imdiately! Retrace this man’s path and find his accomplice! Take iron plates to cover your chests!"

Grey Feather’s commands steadied the thousand-so Crow Hunters, who imdiately regained their resolve.

They had captured the so-called Saint Spear Mayor before; the legendary Holy Spear wasn’t invincible!

Scar watched the approaching figure, his expression grim.

"Mr. Grey Feather, there’s sothing familiar about him... We have to be careful... I think we should fall back..."

Grey Feather snorted.

"It’s just the Holy Spear. I figured out how to counter it long ago... Iron Armor!"

As he spoke, several Crow Hunters brought out a suit of Fish Scale Armor made of interlocking iron plates, along with a Steel Battle Helt, and helped Grey Feather don the gear.

In monts, he was completely encased in Iron Armor, a veritable man of iron with only small gaps visible at his joints and eyes.

Beside Grey Feather stood ten of his trusted n, also clad in fine Iron Armor and holding Javelins, ready to follow his lead.

This was his most elite squad: the Iron Armor Guard!

"Not even the Holy Spear can pierce steel!" Grey Feather said grimly. He took a Javelin, walked to the wall, and stared at the black-robed man before shouting, "Loose!"

The mont he gave the command, a volley of sharp steel Javelins traced graceful arcs through the air, descending upon the black-robed man.

CLANG! CLANG! CLANG! The Javelins struck the man’s body but failed to pierce it, making a sound like tal hitting stone before clattering to the ground.

The Javelins, however, tore away his black robe and mask, revealing the man’s true face.

Grey Feather and Scar stared, their eyes wide with recognition.

It was the outsider!

Slung across his body was a long Holy Spear, and a belt of ammunition was wrapped around his waist!

Shen Feng ripped away the tattered mask and grinned.

"Haha, so much for hiding. But I’m just about in range now."

The words had barely left his lips when his expression hardened. He raised the Shotgun and pulled the trigger!

BOOM! A huge hole was blasted in the palisade wall. A Crow Hunter standing behind it scread as he was blown away!

"Fire Attack!" Grey Feather roared from within his Iron Armor, simultaneously lowering his Iron Mask.

Shen Feng fired again, his face a blank mask. The newly lit Burning Bottles instantly exploded in their owners’ hands, turning several Crow Hunters into human torches!

These crude Burning Bottles, made of gasoline and cloth, were incredibly unstable. In the face of the Shotgun’s blast, they were nothing more than walking bombs!

"AHHH—" The burning n ran and rolled on the ground, but they couldn’t extinguish the gasoline doused all over them. They even set more of the palisade on fire.

The grueso sight struck fear into the hearts of the nearby Crow Hunters. For a mont, none dared to prepare another Burning Bottle.

BOOM! Expressionless, Shen Feng pulled the trigger again, this ti completely blasting apart the burning section of the palisade and creating an opening.

"The Crow is eternal! Iron Armor Team, kill!" Grey Feather roared. The ten Iron Armor People beside him imdiately charged through the gap, rushing toward Shen Feng so ten-odd ters away.

They charged with Javelins and Long Sabers in hand, their hearts swelling with pride.

The entire Crow Tribe possessed only these few suits of Iron Armor, and they were the ones wearing them. That was a source of imnse pride.

Even if this man had the Holy Spear, he couldn’t harm them!

Just then, they saw the man expressionlessly pull the trigger again.

The Iron Armor People sneered inwardly, but a sudden, sharp pain shot through their eyes, and their world went dark!

The iron pellets from the Shotgun blast had obliterated their eyes, so even penetrating their brains. They collapsed to the ground.

In a matter of seconds, only three of the Crow Tribe’s pride and joy—the Iron Armor People—remained!

’Witchcraft! This has to be Witchcraft!’

The three remaining Iron Armor People simply couldn’t understand how their opponent could still harm them when they were wearing Iron Armor.

From within the walls, Grey Feather watched it all unfold, scarcely able to believe his eyes.

’How can this be?’

’His supposedly foolproof strategy... was completely useless!?’

At that mont, the five large tal boxes reached Shen Feng’s position. He pounded his chest, and a mighty, lion-like roar echoed out!

From behind the tal boxes, Barbarians who had been hiding inside scread as they charged out, surged across the broken palisade, and poured into the Crow Tribe’s camp!

"Those are... Barbarians!?" A chill ran down the spines of both Grey Feather and Scar.

Terrified screams erupted from within the Crow Tribe’s camp.

These Barbarians were more ferocious than the most terrifying beasts. In the blink of an eye, the Crow Hunters, who had considered themselves the predators, beca the prey.

The five powerful farm robots activated at once, smashing into the Crow Tribe’s wooden palisade and instantly creating a twenty-to-thirty-ter-long breach.

Shen Feng nodded and stepped through the breach. Shotgun in hand and still expressionless, he began walking unhurriedly toward the heart of the Crow Tribe’s camp.

"Run," Shen Feng said to the distant, armored Grey Feather. "Then I’ll kill you."
