Joan coaxed her, "Mom wants to have a good talk with you, it’s important to distinguish right from wrong and not deny soone entirely because of one thing."
"I know you love him!" Sean Dalton seed a bit impatient, "But does he love you? Stop deceiving yourself! Others may not know what your relationship is like, but I surely do."
Her daughter’s words felt like a sharp knife, deeply piercing Joan Graham’s heart!
Piercing it so it bled profusely, leaving Joan at a loss for words.
After a brief silence...
"Mom, if you want to gather more evidence, you can hire a detective, there’s no need to exert yourself."
Sean Dalton was adamant that there was sothing fishy between the two, "Once we have the evidence, we can negotiate whether it’s with Mia Lane or Dad, after all, they’re the ones at fault."
She added, "As long as Dad is willing to change his mind, things can return to normal once the cooperation with The Kingston Group ends, and Mia Lane can’t cling to our company forever."
In dealing with matters of the heart, Joan was less experienced than Sean Dalton.

"From today onwards, I’ll be working overti every day." David Garcia said kindly, tidying his desk as well, "Seeing you all, I’ve regained my youthful drive."
They chatted as they walked out, entering the elevator together.
Both knew each other’s identity but didn’t reveal it.
This emotion hidden in the heart, this urgency suppressed for 20 years, it’s really not easy to control, thinking about it deeply, their eyes would always have a veil of tears.
But then they’d smile to cover it up.
After just two days of interaction, David Garcia felt his daughter hadn’t changed much.
She was still so kind, so cheerful, her eyes still hid stars.
The two walked out of the elevator, out of the company lobby.

Seeing the father and daughter co out, he straightened his posture.
"Goodbye, President Dalton." Mia Lane stopped to say goodbye to David Garcia, waving her hand, "I’m leaving first!"
