Mia Lane stood shocked at the doorway, hearing Monica Usher’s mockery.
She saw Monica rise and walk towards the desk, put down her coffee cup, and with her hands pressed on the desk, she said sincerely, "Justin Kingston, even if you want to oppose Mrs. Kingston, you shouldn’t sacrifice your happiness. It’s so foolish."
Mia’s footsteps seed frozen in place, and she calmly clenched her fists.
"Justin, I, Monica Usher, am not afraid to wait. One day, when you figure it out and decide to divorce her, as long as you turn around, I’ll be right there within your reach."
Justin was very agitated, intending to douse her with cold water, but as he lifted his eyes, he saw Mia standing at the door.
"I’m sorry, I interrupted." Mia turned and left!
Justin imdiately stood up, pushed past Monica, and quickly chased after her! Almost knocking Monica over!
"Ah—" She turned and grasped the sofa, almost twisting her ankle in her high heels.
In the corridor lined with relief sculptures, Justin caught up with Mia at the elevator and grabbed her arm, halting her steps!
Before she could react, he dragged her back into the office!
"Hey! What are you doing?!" Mia struggled, "Let go! I don’t want to see you flaunting your love!"
Monica stared in astonishnt as Justin brought her in, directly into the hidden room!
A file cabinet could be moved!
Once inside, the cabinet returned to its position, leaving no trace.
Monica’s eyes showed a trace of hatred, she bit her pale lips hard!
Mia, that girl, actually resisted! Justin was so proactive, even having skin-to-skin contact with her.
Really acting like a hypocrite!
The hidden room was Justin’s rest place, inside was a bedroom, Monica knew this.
She used to hold files there and discuss projects with him in front of that bed.
Inside the hidden room, the floor-to-ceiling window provided excellent lighting.
Justin directly tossed Mia onto the spacious, soft bed!
Images of Mia with Anton Miller flashed in Justin’s mind, making his brows furrow repeatedly.
Mia saw the fury in his eyes, as if he wanted to consu her.
"I didn’t an to interrupt, why so angry?" Her expression was hurt, "I made a mistake, I shouldn’t have co, can’t I just leave?"
Upon hearing this, he was truly furious! He tore off his tie and climbed onto the bed!
"You’re a bastard! Get away!!" Mia was frightened, panicked, "Justin! Are you crazy?! Get off!"
"Fulfilling marital duties, it’s only right!" He was so angry, this woman couldn’t find the point of his anger.
Mia was also extrely angry at his actions! He seed like a mad wolf!
In desperation, she grabbed his arm and bit down hard!
With all her strength!
"Ah..." Justin clenched his teeth, the pain suddenly making him clear-headed!
Forced to release her.
But she hadn’t loosened her bite, using every last ounce of strength to bite!!
Only when totally exhausted did she let go, then stared at him resentfully!
Justin stood in front of the bed, couldn’t help but remind, "You still went to see Anton Miller!!"
What?
Is that what he’s angry about??
"Listen to my explanation!" She ca here today to explain.
But Justin turned and left, Mia quickly got up and chased after him, "Hey!"
The two appeared in front of Monica, clothes disheveled, which pierced her heart!
Infuriating was the hickey on Mia’s neck! Both were panting heavily.
Justin glanced at Monica, turned his eyes to Mia behind him, grabbed her wrist, "Let’s go, talk at ho!"
Monica watched their disappearing backs at the door, her eyes showing a hint of sadness, slumped into a chair, feeling like a joke!
Was this a confession wasted on loneliness tonight?
Finally gathered the courage to say those things, disrupted by that woman!
