Looking at the date of the identification, it was before Justin Kingston told her the result.
Mia Lane’s body stiffened, and she quickly pieced together the sequence of events: Justin had lied to her after getting the results.
But why did he need to lie?
Mia calmly analyzed herself, "Childish!" She particularly hated people who weren’t honest.
Holding the identification sheet, she left the study and went to the master bedroom, finding it empty.
So, she took the paternity test and headed downstairs.
Just as she passed the stair corner, she saw Justin about to leave.

Mia stood before him and threw the paternity test report into his hands, "What do you an by this? Why did you lie?"
Justin took the sheet and looked at it, thoroughly puzzled. Wasn’t this report supposed to be at the company?
How did it end up in her hands?
Justin furrowed his brows slightly, "..." He was at a loss for words.
"There’s clearly nothing there. Why fabricate it?!" Mia was furious, "Do you know how important this result is to ?!"
The noise drew Aunt Zhou out.
"If you knew this child was Joan Graham’s with your father, what would you do?"
Justin asked her in a steady voice, "Would you let Joan off to give the child a complete family, even if she hurt you?"
"Who said that?! I would never let her off!" Mia’s blood pressure rose, "What makes you think I would? It’s all in your imagination! Have you ever respected ?"
"Do you know how I felt at that ti? When you told this child wasn’t my dad’s, do you know how bad I felt for him?!"
"Justin! How could you lie about such a big thing? I trusted you so much!"
"If I hadn’t found out today, were you planning on hiding it forever?!"
"You’re horrible!"
Mia was about to lose it; she turned and left, getting into a car in the yard and driving away.
Facing the iron-clad evidence, Justin had no retort.
He stood alone at the door, watching the car drive out of sight...
Aunt Zhou stood not far away, having watched the whole argunt from start to finish, unsure what to do. Why had they even fought?
And why were they so angry?
The kids had just gone abroad, and there was no one to diate.
"Mr. Kingston..." Aunt Zhou approached him carefully, probing, "Aren’t you going to go after her?"
Justin held the paternity test paper, looking back at her, "..." He didn’t answer.
He turned around dejectedly and went upstairs.
How would he explain if he went after her?
Such a big issue, she needed ti to process it herself.
Mia parked the car below the hospital, calling her dad, who hadn’t left yet and would stay with Trevor.
Moreover, her dad said on the phone, Trevor’s tendon was ruptured.
That’s no small matter!
Exiting the elevator, she quickly arrived at the ward, "How is it? What did the doctor say?"
Trevor sat on the bed, shocked that she had co again.
David Dalton explained the situation to her, "He needs to stay in the hospital for observation and receive so dication. It’s not a big problem, but we can’t be too careless either."
"Okay." She nodded, "Are you hungry? What do you want to eat?" She felt a bit regretful for rushing out too quickly, forgetting to bring them chicken soup.
