David Dalton recalled the past, his mood heavy, and he could even feel his heart aching with each beat, "You are my son, Stella’s real brother."

Mia Lane’s mind buzzed, her mouth forming a large O, "What??" She thought she had heard wrong!
Until her father emphasized again, "Stella, Trevor is your full brother."
Justin Kingston’s expression slightly changed, his fingers suddenly tightened.

Mia Lane listened to her father’s words, slowly sitting back down on the chair.
David Dalton continued, "The disease was chronic and required long-term treatnt for a cure."

Listening to the beginning of the story, Trevor was deeply moved, even a bit saddened. So that’s how it was?

Listening to this, sothing flickered in Justin Kingston’s eyes, murder? He made a ntal note of it.
"You haven’t done anything wrong to ." Trevor’s voice was gentle, "So there’s no need for forgiveness; I understand you."
Trevor was genuinely impressive!
He was gentle and modest, steady yet not losing composure, polite, and understanding.
Justin Kingston finally understood that the reason Trevor was fighting so hard for Mia Lane was because he knew he was her brother! It’s family.
This misunderstanding... was huge.
Justin Kingston stood up, formally facing Trevor, extending his hand politely, "Bro, I’m sorry!"
Mia Lane was stunned by what she heard!
Trevor turned to look at him, hearing him say, "My apology covers many aspects; please forgive !"
Trevor couldn’t help but slightly curve his lips, also standing up and extending his hand to shake his, "No matter what, we all have good intentions; it’s all for Stella."
Justin Kingston proactively embraced him, and the two n thus resolved their past grievances.
After embracing for a while, Trevor released Justin Kingston and walked around the table to hug David Dalton, "Dad, you’ve worked hard."
