Then William glanced toward the door and ordered loudly, "Go call Miss Mills up here! I want a confrontation!"

Hearing footsteps growing distant, Trevor’s noble and composed face seed calm but was indeed quite uncertain.
Can that girl handle the situation?
William kept his gaze fixed on him, trying to discern his inner thoughts through his expression.

Downstairs, soone soon found Janelle Mills. "Miss Mills, Mr. William requests your presence upstairs."

Janelle actually had a pretty good impression of Trevor; otherwise, she wouldn’t have agreed to her dad’s proposal for a blind date, as she despised blind dates.
