Just as they entered the house, Hailey, heavily pregnant, asked, "Dad, mom, where’s Jocelyn?"
At this mont, Hailey’s mother appeared at the corner of the staircase, "Miss will be here soon. I wonder if she’s not feeling well; she didn’t even eat lunch." Her words carried a hint of concern.
Hailey Hale looked up at Hailey’s mother, also starting to worry.

Jocelyn Morgan had changed out of her pajamas, put on so light makeup, and carefully combed her hair. She appeared in better spirits than everyone had imagined.
"Brother, sister-in-law."
Jocelyn Morgan carried a smile and walked down step by step, "You’re back? Let’s have dinner together."
Seeing her condition was fine, Hailey, who had been worried all the way, felt puzzled and also sighed in relief, "Jocelyn."
Jasmine was still in a state of extre shock. What exactly was going on with Ian? He’s not that kind of guy!

"Dinner is ready; why don’t you all head to the dining room!" Jasmine regained her composure and smiled at everyone, "I’ll just pop into the restroom and join you."
After she spoke, she turned and headed towards the restroom.

Jasmine held her phone, feeling a slight tremor in her heart, along with a bit of self-bla—Did she misjudge him?
No one else might know how much Jocelyn likes Dr. Shelby, but as her aunt, she knew very well.
Upon seeing such news, how heartbroken must she be?
She hadn’t gone out today, nor had Ian passed by... did they talk on the phone?

Jocelyn Morgan did her best to suppress the sadness in her heart. Despite not having had lunch, she had no appetite at all in front of the table full of delicious food.
She picked up her chopsticks and took so rice into her mouth; her eyes involuntarily moistened. She was restraining herself, not wanting anyone to laugh nor causing her family to worry.
But seeing her like this, everyone could see it and felt the pain in their hearts.
Jasmine sat down in one of the dining chairs as well.
The family ate their al in silence, with Everett Morgan worried for Jocelyn and personally serving her a bowl of soup, "Here, Jocelyn, it’s okay if you don’t feel like eating rice, have so soup. It’s nutritious."
Tears as big as beans rolled down and fell into the soup.
Jocelyn Morgan put down her chopsticks, picked up the bowl of soup, and drank it all at once, then picked up the chopsticks again.
She didn’t speak nor looked at anyone, afraid others would see the sadness in her eyes.
"Why did he bring another woman ho?" Jasmine put down her chopsticks, frustrated, "Ian must give us an explanation! It’s one thing to ss with soone else, but ssing with our Jocelyn is not acceptable!"
