In the living room, the Morgan family said nothing, all very surprised. The speed of reconciliation... was it really that fast?

Hailey was amused by him, and the two elders also laughed along.

Ian suddenly appeared to have social anxiety, not knowing what to say for quite so ti.
"You should head back," Jocelyn turned her eyes to him, "You’ve had a busy day, rest early, or how will you save humanity tomorrow?"
As she spoke, she led him to the door, also helping him out of the situation. Love was a matter between two people, no need to report every detail to family.
"Goodbye, Uncle and Aunt!" Ian, being pushed by her, bid farewell in a hurry, still maintaining proper manners.
"All right, all right, co play again when you’re free!"
They also stood up, seeing them off, still amazed at the speed of reconciliation being so fast.
"Jocelyn seems to have a good temper? I really didn’t see that coming," Jasmine sighed, "I thought she’d be angry for at least half a month."

As he finished speaking, he wrapped an arm around Hailey’s shoulders, silently swearing to always treat his wife well.
In the yard, the evening breeze was gentle, with stars twinkling beside the bright moon, creating a picturesque scene.
Ian stopped by the driver’s seat, turned to hold her shoulders, "Jocelyn, get so rest." Then he bent slightly, planting a light kiss on her forehead.
Jocelyn closed her eyes to enjoy, then looked up at him, raised her eyes, stood on tiptoe, and kissed his cheek, "Goodnight, my Dr. Shelby."
"Goodnight."
He opened the car door, sat in the driver’s seat under her gaze, fastened his seatbelt, and waved at her, "Go inside, it’s getting windy out here."
The late autumn breeze lifted her hair, which seed to obscure the smile on her lips.
"Take care on the road."
"Mm."
Ian started the car, and Jocelyn watched him leave.
