Ethan Dalton answered the call, "Brother." His voice was soft.
Trevor, driving the car, patiently said a few words to him.

In the garden, the car door opened, and Janelle and her mother got out together.

A breeze lifted her hair, and she tucked the strands blowing against her face behind her ear, her every gesture slightly alluring.
Just one look, and Janelle made a great impression on Julian.

"Julian, this is Aunt Carlotta Sterling," Julian’s mom spoke warmly, "And this is Janelle, right?" Her kind gaze settled on the girl.
Janelle snapped back to reality, "Hello, Auntie."
The two young people almost simultaneously withdrew their gaze, greeting each other’s mothers.
Julian was polite and gentle-mannered, exuding a calm aura.
When he looked at Janelle again, she also happened to glance at him.
