Early morning, at the orphanage.
Jocelyn Morgan had already woken up, she opened the novel webpage on her computer and checked her comnt section. Many readers expressed excitent over the resu of updates after a four or five-day hiatus, encouraging her not to stop updating again.
So asked if she had been busy lately.
Others worried if she was ill.
More readers said they would continue to follow her novel.
Browsing through these hundreds of reviews, a warm current flowed into her heart, her eyes couldn’t help but moisten. She was really touched.
Writing is a passion ingrained in Jocelyn Morgan’s bones; she loves her stories and appreciates the readers who have continuously supported her.
As she continued browsing, her slender white fingers paused. Jocelyn Morgan saw five comnts from Ian Shelby; he was looking for her!
A new account, simply nad Ian Shelby!
Jocelyn’s eyes lit up; Ian Shelby is her boyfriend! She rembered!
Staring at this na, she felt a glimr of hope and quickly responded to his comnts—
"I’m at the orphanage, I’m fine, I’m still alive, don’t worry, I’ll co to you in a few days."
To avoid revealing private addresses publicly and exposing the orphanage to all readers, Jocelyn didn’t reply in too much detail.
But just this simple reply got stuck in the review process!
She wasn’t able to reply successfully; it showed the comnt was under review!
Jocelyn Morgan felt frustrated, she could only wait patiently. She usually didn’t interact with readers, so she just found out comnts require website review.
Getting up, she looked out the window, the world was pure and clean, like cotton-like snow, like reed flower-like snow, still dancing in the wind.
Such beauty can bring joy to people.
She was thinking about Ian, even though she couldn’t rember his face.
At this mont, a Maybach was heading towards the orphanage... it had already left the city.
"The snow in the suburbs hasn’t stopped yet." Janelle Mills sat in the back seat with Ethan Dalton, she turned to look out the window, "So beautiful! Just like a thick blanket!"
Ethan Dalton also loved the snow, "Janelle, can I make a snowman?" Perhaps all children love snow.
"Of course!"
But he was more looking forward to eting new friends today. Ethan Dalton had prepared gifts for them ticulously and brought cards to play word chain; he was both nervous and excited.
"Janelle, will they like playing with ?" The little guy was not very confident, as he hadn’t interacted with outsiders in a long ti.
"They definitely will!"
Ethan Dalton was wrapped warmly with a hat, scarf, and gloves.
"Is Ethan cold?" Trevor Garcia, driving the car, asked him, "Give your hands to Janelle for a check."
Because the doctor repeatedly advised before leaving that he must not catch a cold during the treatnt period.
"Brother, I’m not cold!" The child was excited, his body was warm.
Janelle Mills still checked the child’s hands and back, then reported to Trevor, "He’s not cold, and no sweat."
Inside the orphanage.
Harlan Quinn had prepared breakfast for the children, and everyone was lining up to get it. Upon hearing Janelle would co, the kids were very excited!
"I want to have a snowball fight with Janelle!"
" too, too!"
Harlan Quinn smiled and told them, "Janelle will bring a special friend over, everyone must take good care of him. He wants to make friends with you, he’s a child who has been ill, you must give him lots of care and love."
"Okay, director!"
"Will he stay here all the ti?" Mina asked curiously, "Is it a boy or a girl?"
"It’s a boy, he won’t stay here, just coming with Janelle to play for a while and leaving at noon."
"Oh, that’s how it is."
After breakfast, the kids went to the yard, eagerly waiting, so made snown, so had snowball fights, while playing, they would glance towards the road outside the yard, finally seeing a car coming into view.
"Here they co, here they co!! It’s Janelle coming!!" The children jumped three feet high with excitent, each clapped their hands, showing genuine smiles.
