Barbara was startled! She widened her eyes and looked at her!
Monica t her gaze, surprisingly calm, as a friend, she had to tell her what she knew.
Fiancée...?
Barbara’s heart sank bit by bit, only feeling the blood in her body turning cold, and she seed unable to breathe for a long ti.
Did the first love end before it even started?
Monica felt sorry for her but didn’t know what to say; she wasn’t very familiar with Finn’s situation.
But Finn was definitely not an ordinary person.
The next morning.
In the master bedroom of the large villa at Erald Cove.
"Here, take your dicine." Mia poured warm water and put a small white pill close to Justin’s thin lips, "Have you been feeling better recently?"
He obediently drank the water and swallowed the pill, "Much better."
Putting down the glass, they went downstairs together.
"Are we confird to go to the recording studio today?"
"Yes, we’ve delayed for so many days. I’ll go in the morning, co back in the afternoon, and make up for what we’ve missed."
"So what will we eat for lunch?" Justin asked, "I’ll deliver lunch to you guys."
"No need, we can just grab sothing downstairs."
"How can that be okay?" Justin said, "It’s not sanitary to eat outside. I’ll personally deliver it, and co over to have lunch with you."
"Oh dear!" Mia said this with her mouth but was quite happy in her heart, "By the way, should we go back to Clearwater Bay for dinner this afternoon? We haven’t seen your mom for a few days."
"Sure, just afraid you wouldn’t want to."
"Why wouldn’t I? She’s your mom, the great woman who gave birth to and raised you. Call your mom!" Mia wanted to bring everyone closer, "A surprise attack wouldn’t be good."
"Okay, I’ll listen to the wife."
They went downstairs, and after breakfast.
Mia, Mary, and Justin got into the Lamborghini together.
He first drove them to the recording studio, then he went to the company.
"CEO Kingston, here are two urgent docunts that need your signature."
In the CEO’s office, Barbara gently placed the docunts in front of Justin, not daring to look directly at him; it was her first ti facing the CEO, and so close, so close...
The aura was overwhelming.
Justin took the docunts and started reviewing them.
She stood nearby waiting, as ti ticked by.
When she bravely looked up at him, she was amazed by his stunning appearance.
Even though he’s 38, his skin is unbelievably good, even though he’s married, just one look is still pleasing to the eyes, without any other thoughts.
She actually really wanted to ask CEO Kingston if Special Assistant Morgan was engaged. CEO Kingston should know the most about this, right?
But Barbara felt it would be abrupt, she had no status, no position, so she held back.
"Thank you, CEO Kingston." She took the signed docunts and stepped away, unable to suppress her affection for Finn in her heart.
At ten in the morning.
Justin called Mrs. Zhou, "Mrs. Zhou, please prepare als for three people, I’ll co back to pick them up later, please help pack them."
"Okay, Mr. Kingston." Mrs. Zhou naturally understood where these als were going.
"So fruit platters are needed as well."
"Okay, Mr. Kingston."
Noon.
Justin drove back to Erald Cove and took the freshly prepared als to his wife.
He accompanied her at the recording studio and had lunch together.
Mary felt so happy.
"Why are you giggling?" Justin looked at her, his aura incredibly gentle.
Mary couldn’t help but laugh a few tis, then restrained herself, "I never thought in my lifeti I would eat a al personally delivered by Mr. Kingston, it’s worth it!"
Justin said, "If you like it, eat more."
"Alright! Thank you, Mr. Kingston!"
Mia really liked this young lady, and so did Justin. He had a good impression of her; she had proper values, was smart and wise.
On the way back to the company, Justin dialed the landline number of Clearwater Bay.
The call was answered by the butler, "Hello, Mr. Kingston."
