Monica Usher appeared tily at the door, "Stop it!" Her voice wasn’t loud, but it was resolute.
The old man tightly gripped Barbara Sutton’s wrist and looked up towards the door, only to see a familiar figure co in.
"Let her go." Monica Usher stood in front of him, directly pulling his hand away, "She was sent by CEO Kingston, believe it or not, the ssage was delivered. Barbara, we’re leaving!"
With that, Monica Usher pushed the two n blocking the way and took Barbara Sutton’s hand, striding out.
"Who do you think you are?!" President Albright shouted at their backs, "You’ve been fired! You’re such a busybody!"
Monica Usher and Barbara Sutton quickened their pace, heading out of the club without turning back!
Once they got into the car and closed the door, Barbara Sutton finally breathed a sigh of relief.
After a long ti, she ca to her senses and turned to ask, "What now, Monica? Is this task considered complete?"
"I’ll call Justin Kingston." Monica Usher reached out her hand, "Give your phone."
Because she knew that if she called from her phone, Justin Kingston definitely wouldn’t pick up.
Barbara Sutton hesitated, then unlocked her phone and handed it over.
Without even looking at the contact list, she directly dialed a long string of numbers.
At this ti, Justin Kingston was driving to the recording studio. He hadn’t arrived yet, glanced at the caller ID, and swiped his long fingers over the answer button.
