At six thirty in the morning, a fine drizzle began to fall outside the window... The sky was gloomy.
A tear rolled down from Monica Usher’s unfocused eyes; she stood like a thoughtless sculpture, staring out the window in a daze for two hours every morning.
Tornted by sleeplessness, she resembled a caged bird.

"No, no, don’t, don’t!"
In the master bedroom, Kristina Kingston awoke from a nightmare, clutching her blanket tightly, her clothes soaked with sweat.
Staring at the empty ceiling, she gasped for breath, only realizing it was a dream after a long while.
Having just woken up, she rembered the scenes from the dream very clearly.
It was a sinister dream, seemingly foreboding sothing, filling her heart with imnse fear and unease.
She actually dread that Justin Kingston died, because of Anton Miller, and the death was particularly tragic.
Recalling the dream again, she felt a chill down her spine, her face turning frighteningly pale.
In the ti that followed, she kept pondering one thing.
Eight in the morning.
The drizzle continued to fall; a car parked in front of Ian Shelby’s villa.
Ms. Tancred held a box in her hands, entering the living room under an umbrella, "Good morning, Dr. Shelby."
"Good morning, Ms. Tancred."
"Has young master Anton woken up?"
"Yes, he’s up, inside."
"Good."
Having received Ms. Tancred’s call last night saying she would co to see him, Anton Miller set an alarm specifically this morning to avoid oversleeping.
He didn’t have a mother; Ms. Tancred was a mother’s age and had cared for him for nearly twenty years, so he felt a deep affection for her.
The middle-aged woman carried a thermal box, politely knocked on the open room door, "Good morning, young master Anton." She imdiately saw the man sitting in the armchair.
"Good morning." Anton Miller’s gaze was gentle, having worn away his sharpness.
"I made these pastries for you this morning," Ms. Tancred felt a pang of sorrow seeing his injured state, "Would you like to try them?"
Anton Miller was deeply moved she braved the rain to visit him.
After his injury, he had given Ms. Tancred leave, and she returned to her hotown; she only learned of his injury from the news.
Soon, another car pulled up to Ian Shelby’s villa in the drizzle.
Ian Shelby, busy in the living room, glanced out the window, unsure whose car it was.
The car door opened, and four n quickly made their way to the living room.
Ian Shelby greeted them at the entrance.
"Good morning, Dr. Shelby, I am Jerry Garcia," the leading man showed his ID, his attitude reasonably courteous, "We are here under Madam Kingston’s orders to find Anton Miller."
Before Ian Shelby could speak, Anton Miller erged, his eyes cold.
Jerry Garcia walked towards him, handing a ticket for a flight departing in three hours to his chest, getting straight to the point, "This is the Mada’s wish; she bought you a villa in Aethelburg, soone will et you upon landing."
Anton Miller reached out to receive the ticket, coldly examining the ti and destination, then smirked crookedly.
Jerry Garcia handed him a card next, "This contains three million; if you don’t spend wastefully and live like an average person in Aethelburg, you won’t worry for the rest of your life."
Anton Miller greatly disliked Kristina Kingston’s way of using money to dismiss matters; he looked up, disdainfully asked, "Who does she think she is? Empress Dowager Cixi?"
"Are you saying you aren’t going?" Jerry Garcia looked at him, directly stating, "Mada considered such a possibility, so she’s made full preparations."
"aning I have to go?" Anton Miller asked.
Jerry Garcia didn’t answer, the four n at the entrance raised their guns towards him! Staring coldly at him.
This startled Ian Shelby!
Yet Anton Miller wasn’t scared at all; he had just gone through life and death. Besides, if Kristina Kingston really killed him, she wouldn’t be able to account for it with Justin Kingston.
