"Don’t make it sound so scary," Ian Shelby said with a smile as he packed up the dical kit. "You’re not a guinea pig. My dication is actually quite safe."
"Doctor, can I be discharged now?" He was truly going stir-crazy in there.
"Not yet," Ian said seriously, "We’ve just started on the new dication. It’s best if you stay for another week to observe for any adverse reactions."
He had ntioned this to Anton Miller before.
"Let’s monitor things for the morning. I need to go out in the afternoon. Can you give a half-day break?" A thought had been circling in Anton’s mind for a while.
Ian continued packing as he said, "Let’s discuss it in the afternoon. Just rest well for now."

Anton Ford had no choice. He was the doctor, and he had to listen to him.
Besides, when Mia Lane left, she specifically instructed him to listen to Ian Shelby’s arrangents and to recover well.
In the recording studio.
Mary was accompanying Mia Lane with voice recording.
"What’s it to you? Why are you prying into our family’s matters?"
"Really? She’s my sister, obviously the Ford family’s daughter. On what grounds are you claiming she’s adopted? Do you still want your company to operate? Making such baseless assumptions could cause an uproar!"
Mia Lane felt that her voice and emotions had combined to reach an excellent state.

Mia was a bit surprised. She glanced at the lunchbox in his hand, "Brought lunch?"
"Hello, Mr. Kingston," Mary quickly greeted.
"What?" The man t his wife’s gaze, "Not welco?"
"Why did you deliver lunch yourself?" Mia quickly took the heavy bag from his hands and said with concern, "You’ve just recovered from your injury, don’t drive too much."
She turned and went inside, and Justin followed her.
Mary handed a bottle of mineral water to Justin. "Here you go."
"Thanks," he said, taking the bottle and unscrewing the cap. "Even Mary knows I’m thirsty, can’t you at least welco ?"
As he opened the lunchbox, a rich aroma wafted out. Mia ignored him, instead praising, "Ah, Sister Zhou’s cooking is always the best."
Seeing her happiness, Justin’s own joy multiplied several tis.
"Have you eaten?" Mia glanced back at him, "Want to join?"
"I have eaten."
"Mary, co and eat!"
Clearly delighted, yet pretending to be upset, this girl!
Justin looked at her, his deep eyes full of affectionate light.
He said, "I have to head to the company now. I’ll pick you up this afternoon. What ti do you expect to finish recording?"
"Not sure," Mia replied while eating, "Whenever you co, we’ll leave. We won’t finish recording in a day anyway."
"Alright then," Justin nodded, "I’ll get going now. See you in the afternoon."
"Bye-bye!" Mia waved her hand at him.
"Goodbye, Mr. Kingston!"
Reluctantly, Justin’s gaze moved away from her. For so reason, Mia seed to possess a kind of magic power that deeply attracted him.
It was already noon, and Hailey Hale was still lying on Finn Morgan’s bed, seemingly having forgotten about the ti.
Maybe the bed was just too soft?
Since Finn didn’t have Hailey’s phone number, he hadn’t called her.
He thought to himself, she’d surely leave after waking up, close the door for him, and even put the sheets and quilts in the washing machine.
