She placed her hands in the pockets of her ripped denim jacket and stood in front of Finn Morgan, "Did you just dismiss them like that? Shouldn’t you make an example out of them?"
Finn t her gaze and suddenly understood sothing.
He said, "Firing soone is a matter of minutes, but it doesn’t solve the problem." His tone had a particularly calm and steady feeling.
"What do you an?" She couldn’t understand, "Firing them can at least serve as a warning. There should be consequences for speaking out of turn and making assumptions."
"If we fire them, they won’t be able to witness the mont when President Lane performs miracles." Finn said, "Winning people over takes ti, and this is the best outco."
Hailey Hale didn’t say anything, after all, he had already decided, and she couldn’t change anything. This might also be Justin Kingston’s intention.

Just when Hailey was about to step towards Justin Kingston, Finn casually picked up two invitation cards from the desk and handed them to her, "Out."
His tone was indifferent, as if indicating she wasn’t welco there.

Receiving the invitations from him and opening them, she found that her and Barbara Sutton’s nas were handwritten on them. They had been prepared in advance.
"Thank you, CEO Kingston! Thank you, Special Assistant Morgan!" She bowed deeply to Justin and then to Finn, turning around and happily running off.

Finn also returned to his office chair.
After a while, Justin’s thin lips parted slightly, "Still no news on Monica Usher?"
"Not for the mont, but we are continuously looking for her, and Lydia Ingram is keeping a close watch, too."

In the deputy CEO’s office next door, Hailey Hale placed an invitation card on Barbara Sutton’s desk, "For you!"
Barbara looked up at her as she quickly returned to her own position.

Looking up again at the girl opposite her, she couldn’t say even a word of thanks.

Tomorrow night at The Victoria Hotel, the Kingston Group’s charity gala, held once every five years, will take place here.
The event setup becos grander each year, which everyone can see. She had only seen it on TV before, but this year she could actually attend in person.
