In the company, Mia Lane and Finn Morgan were also discussing various strategies, concerning the halting of diamond sales to the Kingston Group in Zulmar, the company’s higher-ups were still unaware.
They planned not to announce it for now, intending to co up with a solution first.
On the way back to Lyncroft County, Monica Usher was driving, and Barbara Sutton was sitting in the passenger seat.
Her mother was undergoing surgery today, and she silently prayed everything would go smoothly.
"How are things with Finn Morgan?" Monica Usher chatted casually, "Any further developnts?"
This made Barbara Sutton think of Hailey Hale, and then rember she was staying at Special Assistant Morgan’s place, which filled her heart with a sense of congestion.
"What’s wrong?" Monica Usher noticed her silence, turned to glance at her, "Not going well? Is there even a slight possibility?"
"Is his fiancée Hailey Hale?" Barbara Sutton turned her eyes and asked, always wanting to confirm this matter with soone.
The woman driving was stunned for a mont, "What? Hailey Hale?" Then she laughed, "Where did you hear that? Ha! How could it possibly be Hailey Hale? What does she count for?"
"Because Hailey Hale is living at Finn Morgan’s house." That was Barbara Sutton’s response.
"What?!" Monica Usher was thunderstruck, incredulous, "You must be mistaken? How could that be?"
These two personalities just don’t match! One is a spoiled heiress, the other mature and stable, completely unrelated!
"It’s true." Barbara Sutton’s tone was calm, "Once, when I went ho with Special Assistant Morgan to fetch so docunts, I saw Hailey Hale’s shoes and also heard her voice coming from the bedroom; she probably hadn’t gotten up yet."
She will never forget the feeling of that day, like a bolt from the blue, hitting her on the head!

Barbara Sutton turned her eyes to look at her.

She watched Monica Usher hold the steering wheel with one hand, a smile at the corner of her lips, "The raw diamonds in Rhovan are the best in all of Zulmar, trust as a professional, the Kingston Group has been in the jewelry industry for so many years and is well-skilled in selecting diamonds."

Barbara Sutton’s mind buzzed! She forced herself to calm her flustered eyes, utterly shocked!
So the refusal of Zulmar to sell raw diamonds to the Kingston Group is related to the R-Alan Group? And to Monica Usher? Did she leak it?!
"Hmm, don’t worry, I’ll handle the other matters." Monica Usher’s lips curled up lightly, her tone relaxed, "Is there anything else?" So words seed to be intentionally said for Barbara Sutton to hear.
