Barbara Sutton lowered her eyes, feeling a bit aimless after hearing this.
After all, in this materialistic society, very few people can stay true to their original intentions.
"Barbara, we only have one life. If you can’t be with the first person you love, it’s a real regret, and that regret will follow you for the rest of your life," Monica Usher told her. "I already have regrets, and I don’t want you to have them. It’s really tough; I consider you a friend."
Barbara’s mind was sowhat chaotic. She held her coffee cup in silence.

Before Barbara could react, Monica Usher had already stood up. She said, "Barbara, listen, I still have a score to settle with Hailey Hale, so I will help you. I will stop them from being together at all costs."

"Hailey Hale is not the sa as Mia Lane," she interrupted Barbara. "She and Finn Morgan don’t have two kids as leverage, so your odds are good."

Monica Usher felt calm, "..." but was utterly speechless. Was this supposed to be a true love series? It would ruin everything if caught by the dia!
They got into the car, which drove off right in front of her.
Lydia Ingram didn’t see Monica Usher.
Under the night sky, Monica Usher returned ho with dissatisfaction and depression, feeling a bit stuck, doubting her own choices for the first ti.

In an apartnt at Celestial Heights.
The front door opened, and Finn Morgan returned with a plate of freshly peeled durians.
"Thank you!"
Hailey Hale was sitting on the sofa, happily reaching out to him!
She had a craving for durian and ntioned it in passing, not expecting Finn Morgan to change clothes imdiately and go downstairs to buy it for her.
"You’re welco, finish it and get so sleep early." Finn Morgan handed her the bag. "I called Dr. Shelby, and he said you can eat durian, so enjoy it without worry."
He even called a doctor? So attentive?
The girl looked at him with bright eyes, "Thank you!" Her heart was filled with gratitude.
Finn Morgan sat beside her, casually flipping through a book left on the sofa, which he read a few pages of every night before sleeping.
"Do you want to try so?" Hailey gently asked as she held a small piece of durian to his lips; their shoulders were touching, very close to each other.
Finn Morgan calmly said, "I don’t like the taste."
Don’t like it? She was puzzled.
The room was filled with that aroma!
In the next second, Finn Morgan couldn’t hold back, put down the book, slipped on his slippers, and rushed to the bathroom, where Hailey Hale saw him vomiting over the toilet...
