"It’s been a while," the subordinate answered.
Jocelyn Morgan looked up and saw Finn Morgan coming out of the study, walking toward her.
"Brother!" She wasn’t very delighted; instead, she wore a worried expression.
As Finn ca out, she quickly took his arm.
"What’s the matter? Looking for ?" Finn asked casually, "Have they arrived?"
"Grandpa Bai’s granddaughter is so annoying!" Jocelyn complained bitterly as they walked outside, "She actually found your bedroom and lay right on your bed! Insisted on seeing you!"
Finn’s eyes turned cold, and he glanced at her.
Jocelyn felt a chill. Hahaha! He was angry!
At that mont, Finn quickened his pace.
Jocelyn let go of his hand, finding it a bit hard to keep up, but she eagerly anticipated what was about to happen.
Finn soon arrived at the bedroom door, a room he hadn’t stepped into for years.
But it was still his bedroom!
He reached out and pushed the door open, seeing the covers bulging slightly, trembling; there was indeed soone inside!
"Get out!"
His face looked extrely unpleasant; he detested anyone invading even the smallest part of his private space!
Especially his bed!!
Under the covers slling of warm sunshine, Hailey Hale was already trembling with laughter, and could imagine how awful Finn’s expression was!
But she remained unmoved.
"Didn’t you hear ? Get off the bed!" Finn was furious, nearly about to explode.
Yet she seed unwilling to co out.
Unable to bear it any longer, Finn bent down, grabbed a corner of the quilt, and yanked it hard, tossing it onto the carpet!
Hailey Hale sprang up, "Hahahahaha~!"
Finn was taken aback as the girl lunged at him!
He instinctively reached out and caught her, while she clung to Finn like an octopus, "Why so angry? It’s just sleeping on your bed, why did you have to toss the quilt?"
"Why is it you?" Finn was pleasantly surprised, imdiately breaking into a smile. "Didn’t you say you weren’t coming? Why didn’t you tell in advance? Gave a shock."
"I wasn’t planning to," Hailey looked down at him, pinching his ear, "I only found out later that my grandpa and your grandpa were comrades in arms and had agreed to celebrate their birthdays together."
"So you’re Grandpa Bai’s granddaughter??"
"Yes!"
Finn was both surprised and delighted.
Outside the door, through the slightly open crack, lissa rce watched this scene with intense jealousy.
She was unwilling to accept it, how could it be like this??
Hailey Hale as Grandpa Bai’s granddaughter? And Finn liked her, so... lissa felt a sense of crisis.
lissa turned and walked away, leaving behind the laughter and joy from the room.
Downstairs, lissa saw an elegant woman who had just entered the living room, quickly went up to her, "Aunt."
Jasmine greeted her with a smile, "lissa."
"Aunt, Grandpa Bai’s granddaughter is Finn’s girlfriend," lissa urgently explained, "I even heard today that the two grandpas are thinking about a family marriage."
Seeing the young girl’s anxious appearance, Jasmine reassured her, "Don’t cry, it’ll ruin your makeup. There are already so dia in the garden."
But lissa couldn’t care less, her emotions were very hard to control.
"They’re acting right in their own house! It’s really too much!" lissa stressed, "Aunt, I don’t believe they have feelings for each other!"
"lissa..."
"Why has he been single for so many years?!" lissa questioned, "As soon as I found him, he instantly has a girlfriend? It’s obviously a cover, he doesn’t want to get married so soon, so he found a girlfriend to fool !"
"lissa," Jasmine, good at observing, held the girl’s shoulders, and softly asked, "Did you see sothing?"
"Aunt, co with !" lissa pulled her along, heading upstairs, intending to take her to Finn’s bedroom!
