Mrs. Goldman lowered her eyes, patiently waiting.

In a newly acquired villa on Wutong Road, Monica Usher sat by the bedroom window, having finished all the food on the tray, indeed feeling a bit hungry.

Lydia Ingram turned on the light, closed the door casually after coming in.
