"Finally, this day has arrived."
Wearing a pure white long dress with her silver hair cascading down her back, the goddess of wisdom Athena arrived at the temple gate of the goddess of agriculture Deter.
She gazed at the grand temple doors and looked at the two magical beasts guarding the temple, which were kneeling in submission before her.
At that mont, a graceful dancing underworld butterfly landed on the shoulder of this noble, beautiful goddess who represented absolute wisdom.
"Is everything prepared?"
The voice of Hecate rang out from the underworld butterfly.
"Of course." Athena's lips curved slightly upward as she said, "After all, this is sothing that little Jason entrusted to . It just makes quite unhappy."
"Hm?"
"That wedding dress." Athena let out a light sigh and said, "The thought that this wedding dress is going to be worn by soone else, even if it's Persephone, it really makes one jealous!"
"Didn't you weave it yourself?" Hecate seed sowhat puzzled.
If you like it so much, why not just make another one?
"You wouldn't understand. I dare say that just this wedding dress that child Jason had make is enough to rival any tribute he has offered up until now.
And to think that this is rely one part of the wedding. I wonder which child in the future will have the fortune to marry my little Jason."
Hecate fell silent for a mont, as she did not understand what Athena was talking about.
Athena had no intention of explaining either.
Because when Persephone put on the wedding dress and stepped into the wedding venue, Athena believed that Hecate would understand her current feelings at that instant.
Athena then entered the temple and soon saw Hecate standing inside, dressed in a form-fitting black dress.
There were also the mother-daughter pair of goddesses Persephone and Deter, as well as dea, the bridesmaid and the absolute protagonist of the day, Persephone.
"You can tell us now, right?"
Persephone looked at Athena as she entered, her golden eyes suspiciously scanning everyone present, and said, "Acting all mysterious. What exactly have you all been up to these past few days!"
"It's not that we've been doing sothing."
Athena smiled, looking at Persephone with eyes tinged with jealousy, pouting as she said, "You should be asking what your precious little brother has been up to instead!"
"It really is related to little Jason, huh."
Persephone showed an expression of 'as expected,' then turned to Deter and said, "Mother, do you know about it too?"
"Yes." Deter nodded with a smile, her gaze tenderly fixed on Persephone as she said, "That child has been preparing for this day for a long ti. Though I'm not entirely pleased, I too have been waiting for a long while.
Be full of anticipation, my dear daughter. You are about to receive the most special tribute of your life.
And this day will beco the most extraordinary day of your life!"
"The most extraordinary day?" Persephone blinked her eyes, looking at her mother who spoke to her this way, a trace of surprise involuntarily appearing in her eyes.
"Yes, Persephone. This day will also be the happiest day of your life. To be honest, nothing has even started yet, but it's already making jealous of you!"
Athena's lips twitched slightly. As she spoke, under the puzzled gazes of Persephone and the other goddesses and nymphs present,
she took out one of the two garnts that Jason had commissioned her to make.
And the mont it appeared, it imdiately captured the hearts and minds of every woman present.
It was a wedding dress that embodied the dreams of all won.
Plain sketched gauze adorned with love flowers, lightly woven silk cotton with deep intent.
The snow-white angelic-colored wedding gown possessed a beauty like a dreamlike paradise!
"That child kept emphasizing to that on this day, aside from the groom, no other man should co into contact with the bride wearing the wedding dress. Everyone accompanying the bride must be won. To be honest, I didn't understand it at first."
Athena's subsequent voice brought back to their senses the won, including Hecate, who had all fallen into a daze upon witnessing it.
"But the mont I wove it, I understood. Persephone, little Jason actually offered this tribute, the first wearing of this wedding dress, to you. How could I not feel jealous?!"
Hecate ca back to her senses at this mont. Seeing the full jealousy on Athena's face, she subconsciously muttered, "Even if it were offered to you, that's impossible anyway. After all, you are a virgin goddess..."
Before she could finish, Athena shot Hecate a glare.
Indeed, Athena knew in her heart that she probably would never have the chance to wear this wedding dress, because she had sworn to remain pure forever and would not beco anyone's wife.
That was precisely why she felt jealous, why she was throwing a tantrum now!
"Wedding dress, bride, groom?"
Clearly, Persephone, who had shifted her gaze away from the wedding dress Athena displayed, now spoke in a tone of utter incomprehension.
Hecate looked at Persephone's expression and could not help but smile, saying, "Don't worry about it too much. In any case, today, just enjoy it fully."
"Enjoy the tribute that little Jason is offering you, and this day that is the most special in your life!"
"The trouble that child will face after today..." The latter part was said very softly by Hecate, and she averted her gaze toward dea.
And without any surprise, dea's gaze was completely captivated by this wedding dress at the mont. Her eyes could no longer be torn away from it...
...
...
Olympus Holy Mountain,
The gods had gathered together, and their moods at this mont were also highly excited.
Gathered like this, the matter they were discussing was naturally the wedding that was about to take place.
Even Sea Emperor Poseidon and Sea Empress Amphitrite had co here.
And for this day, they too had actually been anticipating it for a long ti.
Mainly because Jason's actions this ti were simply too grand, and up until now, none of the tributes Jason had offered had disappointed the gods.
To be precise, each one had been a surprise!
Therefore, at this mont, they were naturally very expectant to see just what move Jason would make!
"Where is Athena!"
When in doubt, asking Athena was always the right choice.
After the gods gathered, Zeus naturally inquired.
"Athena is not here."
Seated in an exquisite wheelchair, wearing the mask that Jason had made for her, the god of craftsn Hephaestus said indifferently, "She has already gone to Persephone's side."
"Oh. Then what about Hers?"
Zeus continued to ask.
"He is not here either. He should have gone to the underworld ahead of ti by now."
Hephaestus answered Zeus's question, saying, "This was entrusted to them by Heracles."
As Hephaestus spoke, his gaze slightly shifted toward Queen Hera, who was seated not far away.
Hera noticed Hephaestus's gaze and involuntarily revealed a fawning smile. Before she could say anything to Hephaestus,
Hephaestus directly turned his head away, showing no rcy at all.
What rcy was there to give? Although Hephaestus was Hera's son, that was true, but from Hephaestus's perspective, whether Hera had fulfilled her duties as a mother was one thing.
Now she wanted to curry favor and improve their relationship, and it was actually because she wanted to snatch the child from her, from this daughter of hers.
She wanted to take Jason away from her side.
If not for Jason's sake, Hephaestus would have wanted to bring out that chair from back then that humiliated Hera and give her a piece of her mind!
"Athena and Hers are both absent?"
Zeus was stunned for a mont, then looked at the gods present. For a ti, he did not know what to say.
Because matters of Olympus were generally handed over either to Athena or to Hers; they were the wisest gods of Olympus.
Although God King Zeus had devoured Athena's mother and thereby gained extraordinary wisdom, he had long grown accustod to delegating tasks to them...
Thus, suddenly now, he felt a bit at a loss for what to do.
The gods present felt the sa.
Thus, after an inexplicable period of silence,
"Um, how about we all head to the underworld together right now?"
Sea Emperor Poseidon tentatively suggested, "Haven't we already received the invitations?"
"No, if we go just like this now, wouldn't it be a bit..."
Zeus's hesitant words had not finished when he suddenly paused, then lifted his head, his gaze passing through the temple to look outside.
The gods present seed to sense sothing as well and together raised their heads to look outside the temple.
"He has arrived."
A gentle smile appeared on Hephaestus's face.
At this point, the gods' discussion ca to an abrupt halt.
Because with the permission of Underworld King Hades, driving Underworld King Hades's underworld chariot, Jason had arrived at Olympus Holy Mountain.
Jason had naturally considered how to receive the Olympian gods.
Initially, he had planned to go to Sea Emperor Poseidon and Sea Empress Amphitrite to borrow so heavenly horses.
But after so consideration in the end, Jason gave up on that and chose Underworld King Hades's war chariot instead.
Accompanying Jason on the way was Hers.
The reason Jason had asked Hers for help was simple: among the Olympian gods, Hers was the only one who could freely enter and exit the underworld.
Soon after, Jason arrived inside the temple.
"I apologize, great God King Zeus. I am late..."
As Jason spoke these respectful words, he could not help but be stunned.
Because he discovered that all the gods he needed to receive were actually here!
"My child, I have been waiting for you for a long ti."
Before the other gods could respond, Hephaestus ca before Jason. After Jason bowed, she indulgently patted his head.
"It seems everyone has been waiting for you." Hers walked in, surveyed the situation at the scene, and imdiately understood what was going on.
He then smiled and said, "It looks like the great father god considered this from the start, so he gathered all the gods together, waiting for you to co receive us. Right, great father god?"
Zeus was stunned for a mont, then with a face full of seriousness, nodded and said, "That's right, exactly! Child, now that I have gathered everyone together, you do not need to invite them one by one. Take us now to the wedding of Underworld King Hades and Underworld Queen Persephone!"
Is that so?
Artemis doubtfully looked toward the god of light Apollo.
Apollo shook his head.
Clearly not, my sister.
Then, with Hers taking the initiative to handle the task, he led the gods onto the carriages in the corresponding order.
Jason also breathed a sigh of relief.
Although during travels, Jason really hated encountering Hers, because whenever he did, nothing good ever ca of it.
But he had to admit, Hers was indeed very useful. It was no wonder that for most matters, Zeus delegated them either to Athena or to Hers to handle.
And just as all the gods boarded the carriages...
"Little Jason, do you think we can go too?"
Second-generation Queen Rhea had appeared out of nowhere and even pressed close to Jason.
And by her side was a goddess draped in a white cloth.
That was the goddess Themis, who represented absolute justice, and also the goddess who had bestowed the inheritance upon Jason!
"Of course you can. If you attend the wedding, I am sure Underworld King Hades will be overjoyed. Actually, a few days ago, I also sought you out, Goddess Rhea, but no matter how I searched, I could not find any trace of you."
As Jason spoke, he unobtrusively shifted a bit to the side.
Then he took out the prepared invitations and handed them to them.
"The endless abyss. What did you go there for?"
Themis did not imdiately take them. Those eyes covered by the white cloth seed to be gazing at Jason. After a long while, she faintly asked.
Jason was stunned for a mont.
"I went to invite Abyss God Tartarus."
Then, Jason truthfully replied.
"Is that so? But why do you carry the aura of destruction on you?"
Jason's eyes widened slightly.
"Those who have set their sights on you are truly nurous."
Themis took the invitation, walked past Jason's side, and headed to the waiting carriage.
Jason looked at her back and could not help but scratch his head...
"This ti, Teacher is going to scold again."
Sensing that he had stirred up trouble again, or rather, ever since the day he accepted the position of Themis's successor, Jason, who had sensed this matter, let out a sigh.
However, if not for the mark of this successor, Jason probably would have truly been lost in the endless abyss that day...
"I won't think about it anymore. For now, let's hold today's wedding properly!"
Jason took a deep breath, cast aside the miscellaneous thoughts in his mind, turned around, and led the gods toward the underworld!
