In the deathly silent amusent park, cold rain poured onto the floor.

The believer calling himself "Saber" spoke to the black-haired boy with an unbelievably charming and radiant smile.

Matou Yuu's first reaction upon hearing those words was surprise.

He had gotten involved in this dangerous Holy Grail War without telling Professor Waver.

However… if he had to na a familiar face in this Holy Grail War, he did indeed know one person.

Could it be Flat?

Saber seed to have sensed the boy's confusion but offered no detailed explanation. He simply smiled and quietly said, "Matou Yuu, we are currently inside a massive illusion secretly set up by a certain Servant. External perception and magical connections are temporarily blocked. But don't worry—I will forcefully carve a path and send you out of here imdiately—"

Whoosh!

Almost the instant he finished speaking, a longsword wrapped in dazzling divine light suddenly fell from the golden ripples high above, hurtling toward Matou Yuu with a high-pitched scream that sliced through the air!

CLANG!

Saber had apparently been on guard from the start. He suddenly turned around and swung his knight's longsword.

When the weapons collided, a clear, pleasant tallic sound rang out, sparks flying violently in the rainy night.

Richard stood motionless, perfectly deflecting the fatal surprise attack once again.

"Hmph…"

At that mont, an extrely arrogant and cold snort from the Hero King drifted down from the tall streetlamp.

"Now you dare say such rude things right in front of … It seems you mongrels have completely underestimated ."

Gilgash narrowed his crimson snake-like eyes and looked down at the golden-haired knight below with unconcealed contempt and mockery.

"Saber? It is praised as the leader of the three knight classes, the so-called strongest class…"

"But in my eyes, your childish, foolish smile shows not the slightest trace of a true warrior's steely resolve and conviction. A re mad dog trying to protect justice—daring to obstruct the King's punishnt? What exactly are you thinking?"

Faced with the Hero King's rciless sarcasm and pressure, Saber showed no anger at all.

Instead, he elegantly flicked his wrist to shake off the rain from the blade and looked up.

"It is the greatest honor for us to witness the dignity of the oldest king and hear everyone's evaluation!"

Saber's smile was as bright as the sun, yet his clear eyes burned with a lion-like fierce and passionate fighting spirit.

"Personally, I deeply respect and admire you. I have always listened attentively to the legendary stories you tell. But unfortunately, once a knight draws his sword for his oath, there is no reason to turn back!"

Saber firmly gripped his longsword and pointed the blade straight at the golden king shining high in the sky. The wind violently whipped his burning red cloak.

"Having accepted my Master's wish, even if it costs my life, I will not allow you to harm this youth even a little in front of !"

"Is that so?"

Gilgash crossed his arms and looked down at the Saber on the ground.

At this mont, he finally abandoned his playful attitude and revealed the true form of the Golden King standing at the pinnacle of Heroic Spirits, filled with absolute confidence.

In this chaotic Holy Grail War, he had never thought ordinary Heroic Spirits could stop him.

The only variable that made him slightly wary was Matou Yuu, who controlled the Sea of Calamity.

However, that calamity itself was an anomaly in the Holy Grail War; countless such events had occurred.

"Using that ridiculous chivalric spirit as a shield to try to stop my royal punishnt…"

Gilgash's lips twisted into a cold sneer; the void behind him began to boil violently. "If a mad dog like you is so eager to serve your master, then this King shall grant you the honor of being smashed to pieces—and mince both you and that mongrel together!"

"Kneel on the ground and look up at the King's glory, you mongrel!"

The next mont, countless golden gates suddenly appeared behind him!

Babylon's Gate fully opened; hundreds of ancient sacred weapons rained down from the sky like arrows, releasing terrifying power that destroyed everything.

"I'm sorry, but this is my master's command, so I absolutely cannot back down."

Saber took a deep breath and raised his iron sword high with both hands.

The mont he swung the sword upward, dazzling golden magical energy began to gather violently on the blade.

Saber's eyes shone like the starlight of a fanatic believer as he roared toward the night sky at the raining Noble Phantasms. "EX—"

Golden light suddenly transford into a pillar of light that pierced heaven and earth, completely slicing through the deep purple rain curtain!

"—CALIBUR!"

Two terrifyingly powerful Noble Phantasm lights violently collided in mid-air; an ear-splitting roar echoed.

anwhile, Matou Yuu used this brief respite to steady his ragged breathing and secretly observed his surroundings.

From the mont he appeared in the ruins of this amusent park, he had felt a vague sense of unease.

What Saber had just said directly confird his guess.

He was under an extrely strong illusion.

Although Tiamat possessed terrifying power capable of crushing everything, even the Mother Goddess of Creation would find it difficult to protect herself from such despicable tactics that forcibly separated master and servant both conceptually and spatially.

Even more fatal was the fact that a Heroic Spirit as powerful as Gilgash could manifest here, which ant this massive illusion might possess the law of "replacing reality."

For example, if he were judged to have died inside the illusion, that false death would be forcibly engraved onto his real body.

After all, whether it was the arrogant Hero King before him or Saber swinging a beam cannon, the overwhelming sense of oppression made it easy to see that these were not illusions but genuine heroic souls.

Now, the most urgent task was to find a way to break through this illusion's wall as quickly as possible.

As long as he remained trapped in this isolated space, his magic circuits would be severely suppressed.

His voice calling for Tiamat's arrival could not break through this barrier to reach the mother's ears.

Ring ring!

At that mont, the mobile phone in Matou Yuu's pocket suddenly rang.

How could a modern communication device make contact inside this illusion where magic was completely blocked?!

Matou Yuu glanced at the unfamiliar number on the screen and reflexively answered.

"Hello? Can you hear ? Yuu-kun? The signal here seems to be jamd by high-concentration magical energy!"

From the other end of the phone ca an extrely energetic voice. "Uwah, I was seriously surprised! When I heard Professor shouting on the phone that you had secretly infiltrated Arica too, I thought, 'Yay! I can finally make a huge ruckus in Snowfield City with Yuu!' I got super excited!"

"And what happened? Right after I hacked into this space's magical network along the magical wavelength, I saw you about to be split in half by that Hero King's axe."

"Uwah, you can't even imagine how dangerous that was! My heart almost jumped out, but luckily my allies responded quickly!"

"You..."

Hearing that familiar, talkative voice, Matou Yuu's eyes wavered slightly; a na slowly surfaced in his mind.

"…Flat?"
