A freezing rain poured rcilessly onto the scorched earth. From the ruins of the amusent park, scorching steam rose and spread outward. Gilgash gripped the still-burning Sword Ea in one hand, his crimson snake-like eyes staring expressionlessly at the black-haired figure in the ruins below and the enormous, breathtaking blue-haired goddess standing behind him.

For a brief mont, this arrogant Golden King seed wrapped in silence.

Even the kings of the oldest era had never possessed the absolute confidence to declare that the aftershock of Ea could destroy this Mother who symbolized the principle of creation — even if what had descended upon them at this mont was only a Tiamat restricted by a Servant's spiritual core.

The King of Heroes had never imagined that this human mongrel would use such an irrational thod as directly crossing the wall of space to summon Tiamat.

But — so what?

He was the King of Heroes. His pride as a king would not allow even the slightest retreat at this mont. Even if the opponent was the primordial Mother Goddess of creation, it changed nothing!

What displeased the King most was that since this Goddess of Creation had descended, she had never once taken the noble and powerful King seriously. From beginning to end, her eyes had been fixed solely on that boy.

At this mont, Tiamat's body — once vast enough to cover the sky — had shrunk to the size of an ordinary human, roughly two ters tall. She gazed anxiously at Matou Yuu, as if checking whether he was injured.

This complete disregard was a humiliation that crossed the King's absolute bottom line. He felt his royal dignity severely damaged. Behind him, countless golden ripples instantly spread through the void as if boiling.

Gilgash's eyes filled with killing intent as he roared, "Tiamat! No matter how many lives you nurtured in the past, this land no longer needs your mud and water… Remnant of the old era, obediently return to the seabed and sleep!"

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Before the primordial Mother Goddess, the King of Heroes showed no hesitation. Hundreds — thousands — of golden ripples suddenly appeared in the void, radiating dazzling light as countless Noble Phantasms revealed their terrifying edges.

The next instant, a rain of arrows descended!

From the Gate of Babylon, countless treasures poured down like a teor shower!

Yet Tiamat seed completely unaware of the overwhelming barrage from the Gate of Babylon, her attention focused entirely on the boy's condition.

"Ah… Are you all right?"

Before him stood the enraged King of Heroes, radiating an overwhelming brilliance that seed to engulf everything. In front of her stood Tiamat with a worried expression, so close she could almost be touched.

Matou Yuu quickly spoke up. "I'm fine… More importantly, what's behind you—"

He had been about to warn that the Gate of Babylon bombardnt had already begun and they needed to defend themselves imdiately.

But Tiamat simply shook her head gently, stroking the boy's soft hair, and said in an unbelievably calm and gentle voice, "It's all right."

"Leave everything to Mother."

"Those who hurt children will never be forgiven."

Tiamat's voice remained soft and pleasant.

The mont the whisper faded, the pouring rain strangely froze in mid-air. High in the sky, the golden gate symbolizing the King's Treasure rapidly lost its light. The countless magical artifacts already fired suddenly halted in place.

No… to be precise, the Gate of Babylon had not gone dark. Rather, in the night, a bottomless jet-black tide had silently covered the entire ruins, forcibly swallowing the golden brilliance that filled the sky!

It was the Sea of Life — the manifestation of the Mother Goddess of Creation's power, the primordial black mud that gave birth to all life in this world.

Before this jet-black swamp symbolizing the origin and return of all things, anything born on this planet — no matter how advanced a divine weapon — would have its form forcibly stripped away and reduced to the most basic matter and spiritual particles.

The instant the Gate of Babylon's power touched the Sea of Life, it assimilated and dissolved without the slightest ripple of resistance.

This…

Gilgash gritted his teeth. A rare serious expression appeared in his crimson snake-like eyes.

The woman before him was undoubtedly the most troubleso he had ever encountered.

But — so what?!

"If a re stagnant puddle can imprison the King's glory, then my reputation as the King of Heroes becos a joke even children would laugh at!"

The fighting spirit in his eyes only burned hotter.

"Tiamat——!!!"

Clang…!

A sharp tallic sound pierced the rainy night sky.

Dozens of golden gates suddenly appeared without warning in the void surrounding Tiamat. As golden ripples spread, chains radiating sacred light shot forth.

Gilgash's Gate of Babylon contained the original texts of human wisdom and the prototypes of all treasures. The golden chains that roared out were his trump card. After his beloved friend's death, he had nad them "Enkidu" in rembrance of that bond and stored them deep within his treasury.

— The Chains of Heaven!

The strongest anti-divine Noble Phantasm, said to beco more indestructible the more divine the target.

The golden chains tightly bound Tiamat's body with tallic sounds, as if trying to suppress even her divinity.

Gilgash floated in the air aboard the heavenly boat, raising the Sword Ea in his right hand — the blade that could split the world in two. Three cylindrical sections began spinning violently in reverse, gathering a fierce crimson storm capable of tearing space itself.

"Under the supre glory of creation, turn to dust and return to your miserable imaginary sea, ghosts of the old era!"

Sensing repeated provocations aid at harming her child, Tiamat's once-clear red eyes finally ignited with fury.

"AAAAAAAAAAH!"

An incredibly mystical voice echoed.

Click!

Almost simultaneously with the heartbreaking scream, visible cracks appeared on the heavenly lock said to be capable of suppressing even gods. The cracks rapidly spread across its surface.

Finally, with a resounding boom, the anti-god artifact sealing Tiamat shattered completely into a shower of golden light.

"Nani——?!"

High in the sky, Gilgash's eyes widened, revealing deep shock hidden in their depths.

What followed was indescribable rage.

"Even freed from the chains, your fate of being crushed by this Enuma Elish remains unchanged! Fall into eternal sleep with this single strike——Heaven and Earth Divide, Enuma Elish!!!"

BOOM—!

A crimson storm of the end, possessing the power to sever the laws of the world, assaulted Tiamat!

Tiamat slowly raised both hands. Before her, the black primordial sea violently undulated — symbolizing the power to forcibly regress all life.

In the night sky above Snowfield City, two different Noble Phantasms violently collided!

The entire sky was almost instantly shattered. Thunderclouds were completely torn apart, as if the sky itself had collapsed from a mythical clash.

The destructive aftermath continued violently, but Gilgash seed to have anticipated this level of resistance.

During his previous brief encounter with Tiamat in the desert, limited magical energy supply had prevented him from fully exerting his original power.

But this ti… far behind the lines, Tiné had already recklessly connected to Snowfield City's spiritual leylines, preparing a divine-level concentration of magical energy for him.

This overflowing confidence would support him in enjoying a proper, delightful battle.

"Co, Tiamat! If one strike cannot defeat you, this ti I will erase both you and the earth beneath your feet without a trace!"

He prepared to unleash Ea's power for the third ti through magecraft.

But at that mont——

Gilgash's expression suddenly froze.

He faintly heard the sound of flowing water.

Thanks to his sharp senses, he unconsciously looked up at the sky.

Imdiately after, those crimson eyes that had looked down upon everything contracted violently and uncontrollably.

It was unknown when it began, but the thunderclouds high above had long vanished. Black mud that seed to seep from the void had beco a tsunami, rushing toward him with overwhelming force.

At that mont, Gilgash finally understood. Reflected in his crimson eyes was the Sea of Life surging toward him. He muttered, "Damn it… Does this an her true form has almost completely awakened in this body?!"

BANG!

The next instant.

With a dull thud, under Tiné's terrified gaze — hand covering her mouth, pupils trembling — the arrogant King of Heroes was blasted away like a teor, smashing through multiple layers of ruins and kicking up clouds of dust.
