Xia Yinian was heading out again when Gu Lingqian was no longer outside the door.
She quickly got herself together and hurried downstairs.
She woke up a bit late today; the Old Master and Old Madam had already had breakfast and were taking a walk in the backyard.

On the other side, Gu Ziqi and Gu ZiYu’s friends weren’t to be outdone.
"Ziyu, are you just going to watch yourself being overshadowed by Gu Qingqing?"

Xia Yinian could only describe her feelings at this mont with the word "speechless" toward the girls’ behavior.
