"Alright, don’t think too much." Gu Beicheng placed his large hand on Xia Yinian’s head, letting her lean against him.
Xia Yinian took a deep breath and closed her eyes.
Gu Beicheng took the red wine from her hand and drank it all in one go.
"If you’re tired, take a good rest." The hand holding her gently stroked her hair.
Xia Yinian leaned against Gu Beicheng’s chest, remaining quiet for a while, then slowly opened her eyes.
She pulled her head back and even sat up straight.
"I still want to drink. Uncle’s wine is really good."
The girl leaned forward, picked up the red wine in front of her, and poured herself a glass.
"Uncle, drink with Nian Nian." She turned her head to look at the man beside her.
Gu Beicheng frowned slightly and extended his glass.
Xia Yinian filled his glass to the brim, then turned and set the wine bottle down.
"Cheers." She clinked her glass with his, leaning back on the bench.

"Cough... cough..." Perhaps drinking too quickly, the girl started coughing lightly.
Gu Beicheng extended his large hand, placed it on her back, and gently patted it.
Xia Yinian finally steadied her breath, and when she looked up, her whole face was flushed red.

He once again took the red wine from her hand, drinking it all in one go.
In the next mont, the red wine in the tall glass in his other hand was also swallowed down his throat.
