Now reading: Chapter 109: Tony’s Promise from URBAN VILLAIN SYSTEM, a Fantasy novel by PeterPan.

Tony slowly withdrew his finger from the silver needle, his brows tightening slightly as he sensed the complete collapse of internal vitality. The faint trace of life energy he had injected monts ago scattered like dust inside the fragile body.

"How is my sister, Moni?" Jane White imdiately stepped forward and asked in a trembling tone.

Tony did not answer imdiately. He stood still, staring at the pale girl lying on the table. His silence stretched long enough to make the air suffocating.

"The truth is... she is beyond saving."

Finally, he spoke... And the words fell like a sledge hamr.

Jane froze in shock.

Her eyes widened, her lips trembling as if trying to form words that refused to co out. For a mont, even her breathing stopped.

"No... chance?" she asked in a faint, broken voice.

Tony did not respond. His gaze remained fixed on Moni White, but his mind was no longer in the room.

Inside, several calculations were running at terrifying speed.

If this was an ordinary patient, he would have already walked away. Even Peak Master Natasha had declared her unsavable. That alone explained the level of damage.

But this was not just any patient. This was the key to the third heaven-blessed person.

If he failed here, the system task would fail. And with it, the heaven-rank movent technique.

Tony slowly closed his eyes.

mories of Pagma’s inheritance surged through his consciousness like a storm. Ancient healing thods, forbidden reconstruction techniques, nerve restoration theories, dual-energy circulation patterns, and even those strange pleasure- based healing chanisms intertwined in his mind.

The condition was catastrophic. The spinal structure was shattered, the neural pathways severed, and the organs were already failing. This was not healing— it was rebuilding a broken body from nothing.

Minutes passed in silence. Jane White was almost in tears.

Then Tony opened his eyes again, and this ti there was a sharp glint within them.

"Lady Jane, I need to test sothing on your sister’s body. If she responds, I might have a chance to save her." Tony said in a calm tone.

Jane’s eyes lit up instantly, hope igniting through her tears.

"Please... do it," she said, stepping forward and grabbing his hands tightly, as if afraid he might change his mind.

Tony blinked for a mont at her sudden closeness, then gave a slightly awkward smile.

"Let go first. I can’t work with my hands tied."

She imdiately released him, nodding repeatedly.

Tony turned toward Moni again, and his entire deanor changed. The casual tone disappeared, replaced by complete focus.

He reached out and adjusted several silver needles with precise movents.

He used Pagma’s pleasure needle technique to alter needle position. Each correction of the silver needle was subtle, but it completely altered the flow within the body.

The Elegant Snow Needle Technique was designed to stabilize, not heal, and Tony modified it on the go.

Jane watched with wide eyes. Even without understanding the technique, she could feel that what Tony was doing was far beyond ordinary thods.

Tony then placed his palm just above Moni’s chest without touching her. A stream of refined life energy flowed from his hand, but instead of dispersing, it condensed into a thin, controlled thread that entered her body.

He frowned.

The pathways were completely broken. The energy had no route to circulate.

"Then I need to create a new network," he muttered.

His fingers moved again, pressing several hidden pleasure points across her body in a specific sequence. The rhythm was strange, almost unnatural, but every movent was deliberate.

This was no longer traditional healing... This was forced stimulation of pleasure.

Ti passed slowly as Tony continued, sweat forming on his forehead. Every second required intense concentration. One wrong move could end whatever faint life remained.

Half an hour passed.

Finally, Tony stepped back, his breathing slightly heavier.

"Is it done...? Why is she not showing any signs?" Jane asked in a worried tone.

"Just wait," he said with a comforting look.

Jane’s heart was pounding violently. "For how long?"

"Five minutes."

Those five minutes felt longer than her entire life.

Her eyes were locked on her sister, unwilling to blink even once. Every second that passed without movent chipped away at her hope.

Her lips trembled. "Young Master Tony..."

Just as despair began to take over— Moni’s body gave a slight twitch.

The movent was so small, it could have been missed. Moni’s toes jerked slightly.

"There it is." Tony’s eyes sharpened instantly.

Jane froze, then leaned forward, staring in disbelief. Another faint movent followed.

Tears burst from her eyes.

"She moved... she moved!!!" She covered her mouth, sobbing uncontrollably as hope returned like a flood.

Tony exhaled slowly, the tension in his body easing slightly.

"That ans her consciousness hasn’t completely faded," he said. "Good... this is the only reason she can still be saved."

"You can save her, right?!!!" Jane turned toward him, desperation and hope mixed in her expression.

Tony looked at her seriously this ti. "Don’t celebrate yet. What I did just now was only a stimulus. To actually save her, I will need rare resources... extrely rare... and priceless materials."

Jane’s expression stiffened. "How... rare?"

"More than what your White family can afford." Tony did not sugarcoat his reply.

Those words struck harder than before. Jane stood still for a mont, then suddenly dropped to her knees.

"Please!!!" she cried, bowing her head deeply.

"Please save my sister! I will do anything! You are from the Clark family... you have the resources... I beg you!!!"

Her shoulders trembled as tears fell continuously. "I swear I will repay this debt! Even if I have to give my life... I will not forget this kindness!!!"

Tony watched her quietly... Then he smiled with quiet confidence.

"Everything will be alright. You will also get your revenge. This is Tony Clark’s promise."

Jane looked up, stunned. Tony actually agreed without any demands! Usually after seeing her beauty, n couldn’t stay still. When Tony stared at her on the first look, she thought, Tony was like everyone.

Now, Tony had the perfect opportunity to demand anything from Jane White. But he simply agreed to help.

"I’ll prepare the materials. Don’t let anyone disturb her condition." Tony said, without waiting for a response, he stepped out of the ICU.

Jane White stood still in shock.
