The eastern mountain region of Nine Lotus Academy is always silent.
Tony Clark walked alone with both hands inside his pockets while the snow leopard quietly followed several steps behind him.
His expression remained calm, but inwardly, his thoughts were a complete ss. The argunt with Lily continued replaying repeatedly inside his mind.
For the first ti since arriving at the academy, Tony genuinely felt frustrated.
"Won are troubleso..." he muttered under his breath.
"That’s a dangerous statent for a married man." A heavy elderly voice suddenly echoed beside him.
Tony didn’t even react in surprise this ti. He simply turned his head lazily toward the familiar figure standing beside him.
Academy Master Da Vinci had appeared out of nowhere again. The old man walked beside him casually with both hands behind his back as if he had always been there from the beginning.
"Why so upset?" Da Vinci asked with a teasing smile.
Tony sighed loudly. "Nothing... just had a little quarrel with my wife."
"Hahaha!" Da Vinci imdiately burst into laughter. "So even the mighty Tony Clark gets bullied by his wife?!"
Tony rolled his eyes. "You sound experienced."
"I only know a little from observing others." Da Vinci coughed awkwardly and straightened his expression.
Tony looked at him strangely. "How could you know about marriage struggles? I heard you never married."
Da Vinci beca silent for a mont. Then he smiled faintly. "That’s true. In order to reach this position, I made many sacrifices. Marriage was one of them."
For a second, Tony actually felt surprised. He stared at the old man carefully. This was the first ti Da Vinci had spoken seriously about his personal life.
"You must have enjoyed multiple won instead." Tony smirked mischievously.
Da Vinci imdiately laughed loudly again. "What about you? Aren’t you also playing around with many won inside this academy?" He even winked afterward.
Tony’s brows twitched slightly. "What are you implying?" he asked suspiciously.
Da Vinci stared at him with a aningful smile. "Do you think I don’t know what happened between you and the White family girl?!"
Tony’s footsteps stopped instantly. "Are you spying on ?"
"Don’t get angry. I actually ca to save you from that seduction potion incident. But you dealt with that servant girl quite easily. So I thought there was no need for to interfere."
He paused dramatically before smiling again. "Curiously... I stayed behind for a little while."
"And?" Tony already had a bad feeling.
Da Vinci coughed lightly. "And... I happened to accidentally glance at what occurred inside the operating room."
Silence...
Tony slowly turned toward the old man with a completely expressionless face.
Da Vinci imdiately laughed loudly after seeing Tony’s dark look. "Hahaha! Don’t worry, don’t worry! I will keep it as our secret."
Then he leaned closer slightly. "Otherwise, if your wife finds out what happened between you and Jean White... she might break both your legs." Da Vinci grinned shalessly.
Tony stared at him coldly for several seconds. Finally, he spoke in a calm voice. "If that happens, I will smash that 500-year lifespan treasure with my own hands."
Da Vinci’s laughter stopped instantly. Then both of them stared at each other silently before suddenly laughing together.
"Hahaha!!! You little bastard..." Da Vinci muttered while shaking his head helplessly.
After calming down, the Academy Master spoke again. "By the way... do you want to cultivate at the Night Pool? I can prepare it for you tonight itself."
Tony thought for a mont before shaking his head. "No need. First I need to deal with the headache of tomorrow’s Judgnt Hall inquiry. After that, I’ll think about cultivation."
Da Vinci nodded slowly. "Don’t worry too much about tomorrow. I will also use so of my connections to help you during the judgnt call."
Tony looked slightly surprised. "You are helping that much?"
Da Vinci smiled mysteriously. "Of course. If you die too early, my 500 years of lifespan will disappear too."
Tony chuckled lightly.
"But that’s not important right now." Da Vinci’s expression suddenly beca serious. "I ca mainly to give you another piece of information."
"What is it?" Tony imdiately narrowed his eyes.
"The World Tree Blessing... It’s going to appear very soon."
"What?!" Tony’s expression froze instantly. Even his breathing paused for a second.
The World Tree Blessing was not so ordinary event. It was one of the greatest opportunities on Earth. Every appearance of the World Tree could completely change the fate of young geniuses worldwide.
The Clark family always received first-hand information regarding such events. Yet even his family had not inford him about this. But Da Vinci already knew the details?!
"You seem very certain."
Da Vinci nodded slowly. "This ti is different. The number of available spots will likely be far fewer than before."
"What do you an fewer?" Tony’s expression beca serious.
"I cannot explain too much right now. You will know soon enough."
Tony frowned deeply. "What type of World Tree Blessing is this? Minor? Continental? Global?"
Da Vinci smiled faintly. "That’s exactly what I cannot tell you. Just rember one thing... Prepare properly. If you fail to secure your position inside the World Tree Blessing... our agreent ends there."
Tony fell silent. The atmosphere beca unusually heavy between them.
Even the snow leopard quietly lowered its head instinctively.
Finally, Da Vinci turned around slowly. "Get stronger quickly, Tony Clark. We have only one chance..."
The next second— His figure vanished directly into the night wind.
Tony remained standing there silently for several minutes. The news about the World Tree Blessing had shaken him far more than the Judgnt Hall summons.
"If the number of spots is truly smaller this ti... then the entire world will go mad. There will be a big competition to decide who will get the world tree blessing." Tony continued to think deeply.
Without wasting more ti, he imdiately headed toward the Healing Tower. Tonight was the No Moon Day. And he had already promised Hikaru that he would treat her Moon Goddess curse.
As Tony approached the Healing Tower region, a soft fragrance suddenly entered his senses.
