Soon, all the smaller wolves had departed, leaving only the gigantic leader—a beast over five ters long—still guarding the volcano’s edge as if protecting sothing important.

Fang Zhou waited patiently. Another half an hour passed. Seeing that the huge Zombie Wolf still had no intention of leaving, he finally decided to abandon his plan for further exploration.

Under the cover of night, Fang Zhou carefully retreated. He took each step with extre caution, fearing that any sound might attract unwanted attention.
