Sothing seems off, the battle between Naviduo and Calimduo, Naviduo seems to be fighting alone against both Calimduo and Miranda.
Clearly, there’s not much difference in their strength, so why is there such a disparity in combat power?
Gu Xi watched the scene in front of him with confusion; Naviduo doesn’t seem particularly strong, so how can the fight turn out like this?
In fact, Gu Xi doesn’t know that Naviduo and Calimduo are actually evenly matched in strength.
But Naviduo is truly fighting with all his might, while Calimduo and Miranda are holding back.
Neither of them wanted to risk their lives here, knowing full well that risking it all might lead to death. Their relationship is rely an alliance, not a deep bond.
If you really speak of relationships, the connection between Miranda and Naviduo might be slightly better.
So, the two of them together were instead being suppressed by Naviduo alone.
Calimduo and Miranda were not performing well, and the oil painting portraits had already accomplished what they wanted to do.
Now, the only person who could take action was Canaster, but at this mont, he was dealing with Naviduo’s subordinates with his n.
Seeing the situation, Gu Xi couldn’t help but snicker secretly.
Calimduo still thought Canaster was a good ally.
In reality, his mind was constantly calculating small sches.
This was to preserve his own strength.
But thinking about it, the positions of Dean and Vice-Dean weren’t theirs; reaching this point was already doing justice to their departnt head positions.
If their military forces were used up now, it wouldn’t be easy to vie for authority and resources later.
So now, the two of them were retreating.
For the mont, the battle on Naviduo’s side wasn’t ending quickly.
However, Calimduo and Miranda also realized that this situation wasn’t right.
Continuing to fight this way, even if they managed to kill Naviduo, their own strength would be damaged.
Later on, they wouldn’t be able to seize more authority.
So, Calimduo and Miranda exchanged a glance, and both made a decision.
Miranda targeted the giant skeleton under Naviduo, while Calimduo led Naviduo away to fight.
They intended to destroy Naviduo’s giant skeleton first.
Not to ntion anything else, first lead the giant skeleton towards Canaster’s side.
After all, Canaster had only planned to deal with Naviduo’s subordinates, and no one said the giant skeleton wasn’t one of Naviduo’s subordinates.
As long as this responsibility was shifted away, Calimduo and Miranda would have a much easier ti fighting Naviduo.
As for whether Canaster would suffer any loss, it had nothing to do with them; that was Canaster’s own problem.
Canaster had been watching the situation over there, and once he saw Miranda trying to lead the giant skeleton over, he imdiately understood what was happening.
He was well aware of the status of the giant skeleton under Naviduo.
He had no desire to get involved in this matter.
So, he began to look for an escape route.
When Miranda led the enemy over, he still had to deal with it sohow, right?
Leading it to the oil painting wouldn’t do, as the painting had served as a dean before, who knows what it might know.
So, Canaster set his sights on Gu Xi, seeing him as the easiest to deceive.
Compared to these undead who have been dead for so long in the academy, Gu Xi knows nothing; he doesn’t know about the academy’s situation or what to do next.
They had already agreed that Gu Xi would only get a titular departnt head position and so basic authority, nothing more.
So, it didn’t matter if Gu Xi had a smaller force, it wouldn’t make much difference anyway.
With this mindset, Canaster took a few steps back.
As Miranda led the giant skeleton over, he intentionally led it towards Gu Xi.
Seeing this situation, Gu Xi was also sowhat speechless.
They really were using him as cannon fodder.
At this mont, the giant skeleton under Gu Xi stepped forward, and a lightning bolt appeared in his right hand; as soon as the enemy’s giant skeleton took another step, he was ready to kill the enemy.
But Gu Xi stopped him.
The giant skeleton under Naviduo was quite large.
The subordinates under Gu Xi were no match for him.
Moreover, in the face of such an enemy, it wasn’t necessary for his own subordinates to strike.
Gu Xi still rembered the thod he used when fighting the Well Dragon King.
Such a giant skeleton coming over wasn’t a problem.
Gu Xi moved his hand, and the three city gates changed positions, with the steel city gate shifting towards Naviduo and his group.
From the previous battles, Gu Xi had already noticed that the giant skeleton before him belonged to the physical attack scope, and it could bounce back any attacks directed at it.
To deal with such undead, naturally, the Earth-bound Deceitful Dragon would take action.
As the steel city gate turned over, the Earth-bound Deceitful Dragon stood up right away.
His body transford into a water flow clone.
anwhile, as the giant skeleton charged over, he opened his mouth and sprayed a water flow dragon breath.
The water flow dragon breath struck the giant skeleton imdiately; the giant skeleton, which was originally focused on Canaster, was hit by the breath and imdiately charged towards the steel city gate.
Before reaching the steel city gate, the giant skeleton threw a punch at the Earth-bound Deceitful Dragon.
Though the Earth-bound Deceitful Dragon was only at Level 6, far from the giant skeleton, his water flow clone trait allowed him to nullify all physical attacks and bounce them back.
The giant skeleton’s punch was ineffective and was reflected back instead.
But the problem was, the giant skeleton was enhanced by Naviduo’s thorn skill.
This is a spell that also reflects physical attacks.
Thus, the two kept reflecting attacks back and forth before the steel city gate. They themselves were unhard, but the nearby steel city gate was scarred with water and thorns.
Soon, the Earth-bound Deceitful Dragon ca up with a plan.
He moved forward, trying to entangle the giant skeleton. The Earth-bound Deceitful Dragon, being a dragon-serpent type, possessed a crushing power strong enough to shred a person to pieces.
The reflection effect from the giant skeleton was actually not very strong, and being bound like this, the giant skeleton realized the unfavorable situation.
So, he pressed his hands on the ground, actually removing part of his own bones.
Soon, the giant skeleton reassembled outside the Earth-bound Deceitful Dragon.
Seeing this maneuver by the giant skeleton, Gu Xi could only admire its characteristics.
This creature was probably Naviduo’s true love, with various thods applied to it.
Such a giant skeleton was strengthened to this degree.
In fact, Gu Xi didn’t know that this giant skeleton wasn’t one of Naviduo’s subordinates, but his mount and part mobile city.
It’s fair to say that half of Naviduo’s combat strength was invested in this; Naviduo had considered various issues.
The bones even had a teleportation magic array carved on them.
Such thods were just a minor trick. The current giant skeleton was still looking for a chance to counterattack.
