Upon hearing Gu Xi’s question, Alexander could only smile bitterly and turned to look at Li Dangna.
"You all are really useless, let explain, I was the first to reach here.
But, as you know, mages like us don’t have much close combat ability. When encountering situations, the usual approach is to wipe things out, isn’t it?"
Gu Xi listened and glanced around, almost understanding the situation.
Li Dangna’s thod of clearing must involve magical ans; large-scale attacks, using flas, ice, or lightning.
Considering the current situation, lightning seems more likely.
Followers of the Evil God and their sacrifices, possibly even the altar, might have been destroyed.
Without the sacrifices, the evil god hall should have stopped.
But the problem is, it’s unclear what went wrong with Li Dangna; the Evil God’s descent continued despite the halt in sacrifices.
When Alexander and his group arrived, they couldn’t stop it and had to set up camp, sending people out to investigate nearby areas.
"We always thought the followers might be pulling the evil god hall from elsewhere, but now it doesn’t seem right.
If it were to be pulled from other locations, the hall would move there.
Therefore, there must be another altar underground nearby, and it must be destroyed to stop this."

Seeing the man approach, Li Dangna rolled her eyes and retreated to the side, unwilling to speak with him.
Alexander stepped forward for a brief exchange, then introduced the man to Gu Xi.
"This is Yuan Xihua from Starwind City; he’s a puppet master."
Gu Xi was speechless hearing this; from the looks of him, people would believe if he were called a berserker.
Yet he turned out to be a puppet master, strange that his puppet thod involved chopping logs first with a huge axe; how is that like a puppet master?

Yuan Xihua sharply raised his head at Gu Xi’s reaction.
"You know this?"
"I recognized one glyph on it; it’s used for space locking, it’s a space rune."
Gu Xi pointed at a letter confidently.
"How do you know?"
Yuan Xihua was incredulous, seeing Gu Xi was rely Level 5, not very strong.

"You saw Dangna’s attitude; when Yuan Xihua arrived earlier, Dangna tried flirting, nearly ending up in his collection. Since then, they’ve been at odds, still hostile now."
Alexander explained the situation.
Gu Xi realized it was a deep animosity; how did Yuan Xihua survive until now?
Despite the need for manpower, having another person counts; they can separate at the Evil God hall.
Hearing Li Dangna’s words, Yuan Xihua said nothing but glared, snorting heavily.
Once their conflict resolved, the rest beca much easier.
The five of them discussed dispatching ssengers to the players occupying the White Castle and High Mountain Castle.
Hoping they’d join them, to plan an early assault on the Evil God hall, and if they discovered any information in the castles, bring it for discussion.
