His tone was chilling and his expression ferocious. He showed no signs of nervousness; clearly, he was a ruthless man who lived on the edge.

A woman's terrified scream suddenly echoed from inside the villa. A mont later, a figure ran out onto the second-floor terrace. She imdiately scrambled onto the ledge and, without a second thought, jumped.
Yang Hu's expression changed. While two stories wasn't extrely high, a jump like that could still be fatal.

"Let's go," Chen Yang said, not even sparing them a glance as he took Zhou Yufei's sleeve to lead her away.
The bald man, Li, grinned viciously. "Did I say you could leave?" But before the grin could fully form, it froze on his face.
A handgun was pointing right at him.
In an instant, a chill shot through his entire body. He wasn't the only one; the other two n also froze in place.
Who… who the hell are these people?
