“Elder Huo, were you and Shi Xiaolian present when Fang Bai killed Han Dongweng and his disciple?”
Lan Peiyu suddenly asked.
Huo Zhenying nodded and said, “Present.”
Lan Peiyu asked again, “Were there other martial artists present at the ti?”
Huo Zhenying replied, “Yes.”
Lan Peiyu’s face turned even grimr. “In that case, would the news of Han Dongweng and his disciple being killed not quickly reach the Blue Sea Sect? And wouldn’t you two also beco implicated?”
Huo Zhenying smiled bitterly, “Indeed so.”

But Shi Xiaolian is a disciple of the Yunhai Sect, and you shall not take her away! Let give you a kind advice: leave this place imdiately and the farther the better, or your life will be at risk!”
Shi Xiaolian took a step forward, holding Fang Bai’s hand tightly, and declared resolutely, “Sect Master, if Brother Fang leaves, I will certainly not stay behind!”
Lan Peiyu’s expression went cold, speaking in a chilling voice, “Xiao Lian, don’t force !”
Shi Xiaolian smiled sweetly, “You’re the Sect Master; how could I possibly force you? You have mighty power and command tens of thousands of disciples; it would be easy for you to kill , but I’m not afraid! I have said that I will be with Brother Fang through life and death!”
Zhuang Ling laughed loudly, saying, “Sect Master Lan, this female disciple of your esteed sect is truly stubborn and unyielding! After a long pause, Lan Peiyu sighed deeply, her expression filled with dejection.
“Are you satisfied? Are you two satisfied?”
Lan Peiyu’s gaze swept over Fang Bai and Shi Xiaolian, her expression cold and indifferent as she said, “Because of you, the Yunhai Sect has ford an irreconcilable vendetta with the Blue Sea Sect! Because of you, the Yunhai Sect has offended Danxia Manor! Because of you, the Yunhai Sect will now find itself in peril! You…”
Fang Bai interrupted Lan Peiyu with a cold laugh and said loudly, “Sect Master Lan, you keep blaming us for everything, dodging responsibility expertly!”
“Fang Bai! Though I provided you a path to escape earlier, and you refused to leave! Now, you shall not escape!”
Lan Peiyu rose from her stone seat, slowly advancing toward Fang Bai, her aura as a Heavenly Tribulation second stage surged like a tide, engulfing Fang Bai.
