Old Madam Shen is considered a top-level master in Neijia Kung Fu. She is very knowledgeable about Neijia Kung Fu. Inner Strength is different from External Skills; to practice Inner Strength, not only must one be exceptionally gifted and physically fit, but crucially, Inner Strength is a process of accumulation that requires ti to develop.
