"Director Kong, I..." The chubby officer tried to explain, but he was already dragged away by the people accompanying Kong Anwu.

Everyone around was stunned. After not too long, soone exclaid, "That person just now... that person wasn't the Municipal Military Departnt Chief, was he?"
