The Thirteenth District, Fire God Hall.
Under the unusual gazes of the people, Lin Chen walked boldly into the Fire God Hall.
"Hello, I am Lin Chen from the Heavenly Crane Sect of the Eleventh District. I have secured the first place in the Heavenly God Paradise and have been specifically appointed by Lord Fire God to report to the Fire God Hall."
Lin Chen did not hide anything but spoke these words openly in front of everyone.
Though he was an outsider, he was appointed by Lord Heavenly God!

Lin Chen bowed and said, "Lin Chen of the Heavenly Crane Sect, greets the Hall Master."
The Middle-aged man was ng Xuan, the Hall Master of the Fire God Hall and the first under the Fire God in the Thirteenth District.
ng Xuan laughed, "So young and able to secure the first place in the Heavenly God Paradise, impressive. You’ve made many of the gifted powerhouses of the Heavenly God Clan lose face."
Lin Chen humbly replied, "Just lucky, not to be taken seriously."
ng Xuan laughed heartily and put down the wine glass in his hand: "Have you dealt with all your affairs?"
Lin Chen nodded: "Yes, I am now unburdened and can focus on serving Lord Fire God. I just don’t know what arrangents the Great One has for ?"
ng Xuan replied, "I have no arrangents for you. Lord Fire God instructed to send you to the Fire God Heavenly Palace once you’ve reported."
Lin Chen’s eyes lit up: "Is Lord Fire God planning to keep in the Heavenly Palace to serve?"
ng Xuan laughed and said, "The Great One didn’t say, but co with ."
"Yes!"
Lin Chen didn’t say much, respectfully following behind ng Xuan.
It was only natural for Lin Chen to want to go to the Fire God Heavenly Palace. Serving in the Fire God Hall ant nothing substantial. Only by being close to the Fire God would he have a better chance of understanding his habits and finding an opportunity to deal with him. Working in the Fire God Hall, no matter how well he did, he wouldn’t even see the Fire God regularly. What use would that be?
ng Xuan opened the inner door of the Hall Master’s office and entered the next room.
The spacious room contained only a Teleportation Gate, emitting a blazing firelight, standing quietly at the center.
ng Xuan nodded his chin towards it: "This Teleportation Gate connects the Heavenly Palace and Fire God Hall. I use it to et Lord Fire God. Co in with ."
ng Xuan didn’t waste words, briskly entering the Teleportation Gate and disappearing.
Lin Chen followed closely, feeling a sudden blur before his eyes, the scene in front of him changing drastically.
He was no longer inside the Fire God Hall. There were no longer high walls, only infinite flas surrounding him. However, these flas, like a fence enclosing the entire space, followed rules, not moving chaotically.
Lin Chen looked up and saw the deep blue Sky Do.
Above the Sky Do, stars sparkled.
Lin Chen instantly understood that the Fire God Heavenly Palace was above the Nine Heavens.
Perhaps at the very top of the Thirteenth District?
Two powerful gatekeepers cast their eyes over ng Xuan and then onto Lin Chen’s face.
With his noble status, ng Xuan didn’t pause and led Lin Chen straight in.
Walking along, Lin Chen also got a rough impression of the Fire God Heavenly Palace.
A skyward palace suspended above the Nine Heavens.
This palace wasn’t particularly large, even smaller than the Fire God Hall. But that was understandable; the Fire God Hall was the power core of the entire Thirteenth District, handling various major affairs and gathering nurous staff. Yet, the Fire God Heavenly Palace was rely the Fire God’s residence.
A single individual, even if he were a heavenly deity, how large a room would he need, how wide a bed would he sleep on?
ng Xuan stopped at the palace gate, addressing the guard: "He is the first from the Heavenly God Paradise, designated by Lord Heavenly God. Please inform."
"Hall Master, please wait a mont."
Soon, the guard reappeared, leading the two inside the hall.
In the spacious hall, a group of pretty female musicians was playing, while a stunning beauty in sensual attire danced with seductive, alluring moves. The Fire God, in casual attire, reclined with crossed legs on a chair, holding a Jade Slip in his hand, seemingly lost in thought.
ng Xuan respectfully bowed: "Great One, I have brought Lin Chen."
The Fire God lifted his head, a smile appearing on his face: "You’ve arrived, have a seat."
A handmaid brought chairs for the two. Lin Chen glanced at the Fire God, who seed uninterested in conversing, so he followed ng Xuan and sat down.
The Fire God waved his hand, and the Jade Slip flew to ng Xuan: "Take a look at this, and see what you think?"
ng Xuan caught the Jade Slip, scanned it with his Divine Sense, and imdiately frowned.
"What is Lord Water God planning to do?"
The Fire God laughed heartily: "That woman has nothing better to do. She’s looking for so amusent."
The Fire God called the Water God "that woman," but ng Xuan dared not respond. Who didn’t know the Water God’s temper was notoriously petty?
