"I will impart to you a transformation skill, originally created by the Mystical Zen Cicada clan and nad the Heavenly Cicada Transformation. As long as you don’t encounter soone from the Mystical Zen Cicada clan or certain Great Divine Powers, no one will know you are a Chaos Spirit Body."
"Unfortunately, my old friend was killed by Gai Tianyuan back then, and his Mystical Zen Pearl was taken by the other party. If you can find the Mystical Zen Pearl, your Chaos Spirit Body will surely remain undetected."
"However, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have the Mystical Zen Pearl. By using the Heavenly nding Technique I taught you in conjunction with the Heavenly Cicada Transformation, unless a Supre from the ancient era cos personally, no one will see through your true form."
"Thank you, Sect Hierarch."
Liu Baiyi bowed respectfully, but a trace of ferocity flashed in his eyes because he intended to travel the Central Domain, extinguishing each Spiritual Child of the Spirits Heavenly Palace one by one. This was rely to claim a bit of interest for Ye Xuan, and until he beca a Supre from the ancient era, he vowed to personally annihilate the Spirits Heavenly Palace and even slay the so-called Lord of Spirits.
...
Southern Dipper Domain, Spirits Sub-Hall.
Ye Xuan sat solemnly on the hall master’s seat, with two Supre Elders standing respectfully on either side, reporting sothing to him with utmost reverence.
Of course, at this mont, Ye Xuan’s appearance had completely transford into Yao Yueye, and these two Supre Elders in the Creation Realm and Life and Death Realm were naturally unable to see through his true identity.
"Spiritual Child, the Chaos Five Elents Bead is a supre treasure. Gathering them all is likely to be extrely difficult," Dao Guang Venerable said with a furrowed brow.
"Spiritual Child is wise. If you wish to obtain the Chaos Five Elents Bead, you can report it to the main hall. Surely, the main hall possesses a significant number of Chaos Five Elents Beads, and as for the Southern Dipper Domain..." Chi Tian Venerable hesitated, clearly finding it difficult to handle the task assigned by Ye Xuan.
Bang!
"Nonsense!" Ye Xuan slamd the table and stood.
"To obliterate the remnant soul of Gai Tianyuan, this Spiritual Child has suffered severe injuries and now desperately needs the Chaos Five Elents Bead to heal. Now that I am training in the Southern Dipper Domain, if I rely on the main hall for everything, won’t other Spiritual Children ridicule , Yao Yueye, as incompetent?" Ye Xuan feigned anger.
"Calm yourself, Spiritual Child, it was our mistake." The two Supre Elders hurriedly bowed in apology, aware that they had provoked the Ninth Spiritual Child’s wrath.
"I don’t care what thods you use, robbery or theft, even if you have to turn the entire Southern Dipper Domain upside down, I want to see the Chaos Five Elents Bead placed before within three years," Ye Xuan reprimanded coldly.
"Yes, Spiritual Child."
The two Supre Elders quickly agreed, not daring to show any defiance, which also reflected the imnse authority the twelve Spiritual Children of the Spirits Heavenly Palace held over these people.
"What are you still standing around for? Withdraw from this Spiritual Child’s presence imdiately!" Ye Xuan commanded coldly.
"Calm yourself, Spiritual Child, we shall take our leave."
The two Supre Elders dared not linger, swiftly bowing as they exited, leaving Ye Xuan alone seated at the head of the Spirits Sub-Hall.
"Ye Xuan, how does it feel to assu the identity of the Ninth Spiritual Child?" Gai Tianyuan’s voice tily echoed in Ye Xuan’s mind.
Ye Xuan smiled slightly and said, "The authority of the Ninth Spiritual Child is imnse; even those in the Creation Realm are filled with trepidation. It seems transforming into Yao Yueye was indeed a well-executed move."
"Ye Xuan, don’t beco complacent; this is the Southern Dipper Domain, where few know of Yao Yueye. From what you previously ntioned, this Yao Yueye usually acts modest and gentle, never losing his temper easily, suggesting he is deeply cunning. If you exhibit too much of your own personality, encountering soone familiar with him will eventually expose you," Gai Tianyuan warned.
"Rest assured, I am well aware," Ye Xuan replied with a cold smile.
"But I’m curious, why do you want the Chaos Five Elents Bead? Are you planning to cultivate the Body Separation technique?" Gai Tianyuan probed.
As Gai Tianyuan was thoroughly aware, Ye Xuan had indeed gained the Body Separation thod he left in the Taichu Sacred Land, and cultivating it required the Chaos Five Elents Bead.
Upon hearing Gai Tianyuan’s words, Ye Xuan had nothing to hide.
"Indeed, I intend to cultivate the Body Separation technique; it is a Great Divine Power, and naturally extrely alluring to ," Ye Xuan stated.
"Ye Xuan, I advise you to abandon this endeavor. You must understand that this art, though widely spread, has few successful practitioners because it is filled with life and death risks. Even I dared not cultivate this law back then," Gai Tianyuan sternly cautioned.
He wasn’t concerned for Ye Xuan; rather, if Ye Xuan died while cultivating the Body Separation technique, Gai Tianyuan would perish along with him, which was undeniably against his wishes.
"You are you; I am . You best not compare yourself to , for you are rely a failure and have no authority to instruct on how to cultivate," Ye Xuan replied coldly.
"You...?"
Gai Tianyuan angrily retorted, feeling insulted by Ye Xuan’s remarks, yet he found himself unable to refute.
"Stop your pointless remarks; failure is failure. You were nothing more than a stepping stone under the feet of the Lord of Spirits. If I were to end up like you, I would face the sa fate," Ye Xuan sneered.
"Fine, let’s see how you cultivate the Body Separation; don’t co begging for my help when the ti cos," Gai Tianyuan furiously roared, then fell silent, evidently vexed by Ye Xuan’s attitude.
...
Ti slipped by, and in the blink of an eye, a year had passed.
Throughout this year, Ye Xuan had been imrsed in the legacy of the Chaos Star Master, docunted entirely in the Stone Book. Daily researching, he had made so progress.
However, the Stone Book was profoundly abstruse, and even though Ye Xuan had navigated the Chaos Trial and was now a Grandmaster in arrays, delving into the Chaos Star Master’s legacy remained imnsely challenging.
"A star falls in the sky, the North Star aligns; what does it an?"
Ye Xuan frowned as he studied the Stone Book in his hands, his eyes filled with confusion, for the Stone Book was exceptionally profound, and the cultivation thod it elucidated left him sowhat at a loss.
Of course, while examining the Stone Book, Ye Xuan had completely sealed off Gai Tianyuan, ensuring he would not see the legacy within. After all, the legacy of the Chaos Star Master belonged to Ye Xuan, and he was determined not to let Gai Tianyuan glimpse any part of it.
"Alas."
Ye Xuan sighed, put away the Stone Book, and unsealed Gai Tianyuan, who naturally realized that Ye Xuan had been exploring the Chaos Star Master’s legacy. Although he was intensely resentful, he could do nothing about it.
Upon hearing Ye Xuan’s sigh, Gai Tianyuan sneered, "Brat, what difference does it make if you’ve obtained the Chaos Star Master’s legacy? Without unparalleled talent, attempting to cultivate this legacy is rely a fool’s dream."
"Hm."
Ye Xuan coldly smiled and replied, "I may not possess matchless talent, but I’m still far superior to you. After all, I passed the Chaos Trial, a feat you could not achieve."
"You...?"
Gai Tianyuan intended to mock and provoke Ye Xuan, but upon hearing Ye Xuan’s retort, striking at his sore spot, anger once again overtook him. Yet he could not counter Ye Xuan’s words, for they were truthful.
"If only Brother Baiyi were here; with his talent, he would surely unravel the mysteries of this Stone Book," Ye Xuan murmured to himself.
But Ye Xuan also understood that, as he had now assud the identity of Yao Yueye and beco the Ninth Spiritual Child, he had spread news of his own demise.
While this greatly benefited him, Ye Xuan knew that if Liu Baiyi heard news of his death, he would likely be heartbroken.
However, Ye Xuan had no other choice because only by doing so could he avoid nurous troubles and not be mocked by being constantly watched by those of the Heavenly nding Sect. This allowed him a peaceful environnt in which to cultivate within the Illusion Realm.
"Wait, soone is coming; be careful," Gai Tianyuan’s voice rang out warningly in Ye Xuan’s mind.
Ye Xuan watched with furrowed brows as the stranger entered the Spirits Sub-Hall. This person was undoubtedly extraordinary.
Indeed.
Three breaths later, a ray of purple light silently appeared in the hall, and as the light dispersed, a cold-looking woman was revealed in Ye Xuan’s presence, scrutinizing him with furrowed brows.
