Wangchuan! Netherworld!
The end of the Wangchuan River is the Netherworld, and Other Shore Flowers bloom on both banks of the Netherworld. At the end of the Wangchuan River is a peculiar stone, rooted deeply, known as the Three-Life Stone.
Crossing over the Three-Life Stone, you will reach the legendary Naihe Bridge. After drinking ng Po soup and crossing Naihe Bridge, you can arrive at Wangxiang Platform to gaze upon your past and present lives. Finally, you walk down Wangxiang Platform and enter the Six Paths of Reincarnation, to reincarnate anew.
On the Three-Life Stone, behold the three lives; atop Wangxiang Platform, tears cascade!
This life’s dreams break on the Netherworld road; will we et again in the next life!
Do not wander far at Naihe Bridge’s head, at whose side of the Three-Life Stone will nas be carved!
Deep emotions etched upon the stone, tears flow like tides, full of sorrow!
The sea of Other Shore Flowers, resplendent and varied, echoes mournful songs throughout the heavenly void. The song sounds both sorrowful and tearful, causing those who hear it to feel an ache in their hearts. It’s unknown who sings it, but it has resounded through the Three-Life Stone for endless ages, becoming one of the great wonders of the Underworld.
Beneath the Three-Life Stone, an Other Shore Flower where blossoms and leaves grow together shines with brilliant radiance. Clearly, it won’t be long before it fully matures. The beauty of this blossoms-and-leaves-together sight is srizing, and it’s feared that when the Other Shore Flower truly blooms, its beauty will be etched into the hearts of all living beings.
On both banks of the Netherworld, ghostly figures abound. They are the Ghost Immortals from various forces, and even those with the lowest cultivation have reached the Daluo Realm. They are under orders to guard this Other Shore Flower that is about to bloom.
The overwhelming presence of Ghost Immortals stretches endlessly, and everyone looks at this Other Shore Flower where blossoms and leaves grow together, eyes filled with intense greed. Yet, they dare not step forward to pick it, for they know that as long as they dare to cross the Thunder Pond, the next mont will be their demise!
All forces counterbalance one another, achieving a delicate balance. Yet, this also makes the atmosphere oppressively tense, and a single triggering event could set it all ablaze, potentially leading to imnse turmoil within the Underworld!
Outside Fengdu City, countless Yin Soldiers clad in battle armor, with Emperor Fengdu wearing his commanding battle robe, create an impressive sight. But at this mont, Emperor Fengdu’s face is filled with worry. He has gathered all forces outside Fengdu City, yet has awaited the arrival of Ye Xuan and the Minghe Ancestor in vain.
"Your Majesty! As for Qingming and Minghe..." a Judge speaks hesitantly, words filled with concern, afraid these two won’t show up.
"You can rest assured; Qingming Buddha would keep his word. He will surely appear when the Other Shore Flower blooms. You can proceed confidently with my three companions accompanying you."
The Eastern Ghost Emperor Shen Tu speaks coldly; he has already received Ye Xuan’s orders for them three Ghost Emperors to accompany Fengdu.
Hearing Shen Tu’s words, Emperor Fengdu nods. Although he doesn’t know what Ye Xuan and Minghe are up to, he is certain they won’t abandon the Other Shore Flower.
"We can’t wait any longer; the Other Shore Flower is about to mature. If we are late, it will surely fall into others’ hands!" Emperor Fengdu speaks decisively and then, with a wave of his hand, leads the endless Yin Soldiers toward Wangchuan River!
It’s not surprising that Emperor Fengdu is so urgent; the Other Shore Flower is related to the legend of becoming a saint. If it falls into soone else’s hands, how could he be content?
As Emperor Fengdu leads the endless Yin Soldiers out in full force, Fengdu City returns to calm. Yet they don’t know that shortly after they left, two beams of light soared into the sky from the center of Fengdu City. Ye Xuan and the Minghe Ancestor leisurely strolled beneath the heavenly vault, a strange smile playing on Ye Xuan’s lips!
"Ye Xuan, what tricks are you up to?"
Walking side by side, the Minghe Ancestor has kept an eye on Ye Xuan’s movents for thousands of years. Only today, with the Other Shore Flower about to mature, did Ye Xuan finally erge, making the Ancestor feel extrely puzzled.
"Why the hurry? Perhaps so people are more anxious than us?"
Ye Xuan strolled through the void, exuding calmness without a ripple, a strange smile on his face, as if the struggle for the Other Shore Flower was not of concern to him. He seed more like he was going to watch a grand drama.
Watching Ye Xuan’s smile, the Minghe Ancestor frowned, not knowing what trick Ye Xuan had up his sleeve. Yet, as Ye Xuan didn’t elaborate, he saw no point in pressing further, and they both continued towards the end of the Wangchuan River.

Above the Wangchuan River!
The four great Ghost Emperors stood in the void, behind them were the densely packed Yin Soldiers and Ghost Generals. Wangchuan River raged beneath their feet, occasionally raising waves, and the arrival of the four Ghost Emperors instantly made the atmosphere exceedingly oppressive, causing the Ghost Immortals guarding this place to have extrely serious expressions, knowing a fearso battle for the Other Shore Flower will soon occur, bringing extre upheaval to the Underworld!
The contest for the Other Shore Flower, no one knows who leaked the information, drawing everyone in the Underworld to pay attention. Anyone with a bit of ambition quietly arrived here. Although they dare not compete against these Ghost Emperors at the Quasi-Saint level, the possibility of grabbing the Other Shore Flower amidst the chaos is not out of the question.
Human ambition and greed are boundless, even in the Underworld Ghost Immortals are no exception. Under the lure of the legend of becoming a saint, so ambitious folk will dare to risk it all.
"Report!"
Suddenly, a rapid voice broke the silence of the Wangchuan River, as a Ghost General rushed over from afar, appearing before Emperor Fengdu in the blink of an eye!
"Your Majesty, millions of vengeful ghosts and specters have surrounded Fengdu City, along with nurous Daluo Ghost Kings commanding them. Please give your instructions!" The Ghost General spoke gravely, with fear flashing in his eyes!
Upon hearing the Ghost General’s words, Emperor Fengdu’s face changed dramatically, his brows tightly knit. He hadn’t expected that after leading all his forces out, soone would surround Fengdu City, which was a traitorous act!
Fengdu City is his foundation, the seat of his command over the Five Ghost Regions. To have the city surrounded at this mont is like forcing him to return and rescue it, a move that couldn’t be more treacherous!
However, with the Other Shore Flower about to mature, all his elite subordinates are gathered here. To send them away to suppress those vengeful ghosts would greatly disadvantage him in the contest for the Other Shore Flower.
With a face as dark as water, Emperor Fengdu did not reply. The Ghost General before him was drenched in sweat, utterly at a loss for what to do!
"Three Daoist friends! Although the Other Shore Flower is a supre treasure, as the Five Ghost Emperors, how can we allow these minor characters to look down on us? Perhaps the three of you could..."
Before Emperor Fengdu could finish, the Eastern Ghost Emperor Shen Tu sneered: "Emperor Fengdu, since you are so concerned about the Underworld, why don’t you lead your n to fend off this siege?"
"Shen Tu! You..." Emperor Fengdu’s face turned sinister, roaring in anger, yet a tinge of sha and anger crossed his eyes.
Clearly, the three great Ghost Emperors have beco dependents of Ye Xuan, which has long puzzled Emperor Fengdu. He suspected Zhang Heng had already died at Ye Xuan’s hands, making him increasingly wary of Ye Xuan’s identity, buried with a great sense of fear.
