Chapter 427: Chapter 426: Draw

As soon as Wang Yan ntioned gambling “Rock Paper Scissors,” Gao Jin nearly coughed up blood.

There are countless gambling gas in the world, but he’s never heard of anyone using “Rock Paper Scissors” for gambling.

Right then, Gao Jin could no longer maintain his calm deanor. He slapped the table and shouted, “Do you want to gamble or not?”

“Gamble? Let’s wager on Rock Paper Scissors!” Wang Yan replied calmly.

“There simply isn’t such a gambling ga!” Gao Jin shouted, his hands on the gambling table starting to tap rhythmically without realizing it.

Wang Yan had been watching Gao Jin closely. Seeing Gao Jin’s hand movents, he suddenly beca intrigued.

He had provoked Gao Jin precisely to make him reveal his Demon Pattern. Indeed, inadvertently, traces of Gao Jin’s Demon Pattern erged from his hands.

By now, Wang Yan had reached the status of a Demon King, two tiers higher than Gao Jin. As soon as Gao Jin accidentally exposed a hint of his Demon Pattern, Wang Yan could see it clearly.

Understanding Gao Jin’s Demon Pattern, Wang Yan was dumbfounded: there was actually such a bizarre Demon Pattern; truly an oddity.

Seeing Gao Jin still furiously agitated, Wang Yan waved his hand and said, “Forget it, let’s gamble on Mahjong then. Don’t tell you don’t even know how to play Mahjong?”

Upon hearing Wang Yan’s words, Gao Jin was about to lose his mind. Who was it that didn’t know how to play, yet still had the face to question?

Right away, Gao Jin shouted, “Bring the Mahjong, today I will gamble Mahjong with you.”

Not long after, the Mahjong tiles were laid on the table. Gao Jin suppressed his anger, sat down at the table, and as he arranged the tiles into four rows, he glared at Wang Yan and said, “Place your bet!”

Wang Yan nodded and smiled. “Apart from Rock Paper Scissors, I am best at Mahjong. This ti, let’s gamble big.”

Hearing Wang Yan wanted to gamble big, Gao Jin was already prepared to take everything Wang Yan had in one go, and he was eagerly hoping Wang Yan would once again go all-in, as before.

If he could win 180 million from Wang Yan at once, he could finally vent his anger.

Just then, Wang Yan said, “Then I’ll bet ten bucks.”

Hearing Wang Yan was only betting ten bucks, Gao Jin’s eyes widened, almost driving him crazy. Inside, he cursed, “I arranged these tiles for so long, and you’re only betting ten bucks?”

However, no matter the size of the bet, a casino only cares if there’s a wager. Gao Jin gritted his teeth and nodded, “Fine, ten bucks it is. Draw your tiles.”

Wang Yan and Gao Jin imdiately started drawing tiles, each arranging thirteen tiles in a row in front of them.

Once the Mahjong tiles were laid out in front of him, Gao Jin instantly regained his composure. But he hesitated; if he won against Wang Yan in the first round, Wang Yan might be scared off and not gamble with him again.

So, he needed to let Wang Yan win continually, until the last all-in bet, where he would win it all.

Thinking of this, Gao Jin glanced at his own tiles, realizing he only needed a single “One Bamboo” to win. Facing Wang Yan’s tiles, though Gao Jin couldn’t see them, as the Gambling God, he naturally knew Wang Yan’s hand.

Wang Yan was also one tile short of a win, needing the sa “One Bamboo” as Gao Jin.

It was Gao Jin’s turn to draw a tile, and that tile was the “One Bamboo.” To let Wang Yan win, Gao Jin couldn’t draw that tile.

With that thought, Gao Jin reached out to draw a tile. As he grabbed the tile, his fingers accidentally twitched, and he subtly let the “One Bamboo” fall and picked the tile above it instead, quietly swapping the tile.

Gao Jin picked up the new tile, shook his head, and discarded an irrelevant “East Wind.”

anwhile, Wang Yan was still slowly arranging his tiles, apparently unaware it was his turn to draw.

Beiming Xue went up and whispered, “Brother Wang Yan, it’s your turn to draw.”

Wang Yan then snapped out of it, saying “Oh,” and with a stretch, he drew the “One Bamboo,” took a look at it, and tossed it out.

Seeing this, Gao Jin almost stared in disbelief. Wang Yan clearly could have won, yet he threw out the “One Bamboo.” Gao Jin nearly grabbed the “One Bamboo” and shoved it back into Wang Yan’s hand.

At this point, Beiming Xue said with slight confusion, “Brother Wang Yan, didn’t that tile let you win just now?”

Upon hearing this, Wang Yan looked at the “One Bamboo” on the table, shook his head, and said, “No, I need a ‘One Dot,’ not that tile.”

Beiming Xue couldn’t help but giggle, “Brother Wang Yan, the ‘One Bamboo’ is the ‘One Dot.'”

Hearing this, Wang Yan displayed an expression as if saying, “You could have said so earlier,” staring at the “One Bamboo” on the table while rubbing his hands.

Seeing this, those around them almost exploded in disbelief.

Anyone who plays Mahjong knows that “One Bamboo” is the sa as a “One Dot.” Facing a winning hand, Wang Yan actually discarded it.

Hearing this, Gao Jin almost went insane. He realized he was playing against soone clueless, yet he was losing to him. He was the Gambling God!

Though internally shouting, Gao Jin had no other options.

Wang Yan then looked up, seeing Gao Jin staring blankly at the table, and said, “You know the rules; it’s your turn to draw now.”

Upon hearing Wang Yan, the “One Bamboo” seed about to scream, “Who doesn’t know the rules? Who really doesn’t know?”

Although furious inside, Gao Jin had no choice but to concoct another way to hand Wang Yan another “One Bamboo.”

During the tile arrangent earlier, Gao Jin clearly rembered that the next “One Bamboo” was ten tiles away.

So helplessly, Gao Jin continued accompanying Wang Yan in playing, all the while restraining himself despite having countless ways to win the round, deliberately preventing a win.

As a Gambling God, being able to win and choosing not to win was his toughest challenge at this point.

Finally, the tenth tile was within reach, and the next draw for Wang Yan would be the “One Bamboo.”

But just then, Wang Yan looked at his tiles, shook his head, and said, “This hand is really poor, it’s taking forever to draw a ‘One Bamboo;’ I might as well break this hand up.”

Upon hearing this, Gao Jin almost scread, “Don’t break it, don’t break it; the next tile is the ‘One Bamboo’!”

But at that mont, Wang Yan casually discarded a “Two Dot,” rendering the next “One Bamboo” entirely useless.

Gao Jin was on the verge of madness; after all his effort to pass the “One Bamboo” to Wang Yan, Wang Yan went and dismantled his hand.

Out of choices, Gao Jin could only continually swap tiles on the table, passing nurous winning solutions to Wang Yan.

If it were anyone else, they would have won dozens of tis by now. Yet Wang Yan seed intentional, receiving whatever Gao Jin handed to him and dismantling it, turning a fine hand into a ss.

Finally, all tiles on the table were drawn, neither side winning.

The round ended in a draw.
