48: Chapter 48 Recitation 48: Chapter 48 Recitation Wang Yan really sat next to Ma Jun’s seat, while Beiming Xue and Ouyang Feiting both stood there, angrily looking at each other.

Suddenly, Beiming Xue’s eyes lit up, she turned around and walked to the desk in front of Wang Yan, and said to a boy sitting there, “Classmate, would you mind switching seats with ?”

At the sound of Beiming Xue’s sweet and gentle voice, the boy turned to jelly and quickly stood up, trembling as he said, “Sure, sure, anything you want.”

Then, the boy hurriedly packed his books and left his seat.

Beiming Xue imdiately sat in the seat, happily turned back to Wang Yan and said, “Wang Yan brother, I’m sitting in front of you from now on, I just have to turn around to see you!”

It was only then that everyone realized why Beiming Xue wanted to change seats.

Originally, there was another boy next to Beiming Xue, and when he heard that Beiming Xue was going to sit there, he imdiately beca blissfully dazed.

“So, I’m going to be seatmates with Beiming Xue from now on?” the boy’s heart thumped wildly, suddenly feeling as if he’d been hit by a giant pie falling from the sky.

Just then, soone walked over to that boy, patted him on the shoulder, and said, “Classmate, I’m going to switch seats with you.”

The boy was still lost in happiness, and hearing soone wanted his seat felt like a death sentence.

Without even thinking, he said, “No way, over my dead body.”

Before he even finished speaking, he saw the person next to him raise a hand, grab his collar, haul him off the chair, and toss him onto the floor.

The boy was furious, jumping up and shouting, “I’m going to fight you…”

However, once he made out the person in front of him, he saw a cold but extrely beautiful face, short hair to the ears, tall and slim with long, slender legs—it was none other than Ouyang Feiting.

Upon seeing Ouyang Feiting, the boy imdiately lost his temper, switching to a sycophantic smile, and replied quickly, “I’ll move, I’ll move right now.”

Then, he obediently picked up his book and moved to Ouyang Feiting’s forr seat.

Ouyang Feiting sat next to Beiming Xue, looked back at Wang Yan, and smiled, “Wang Yan brother, I’ll be sitting in front of you from now on, you just have to look up to see !”

Seeing Ouyang Feiting sitting next to her, Beiming Xue angrily said, “Ouyang Feiting, why are you sitting next to ?!”

Ouyang Feiting coldly smiled, “Beiming Xue, you’re too overbearing; you think this seat belongs to your family?”

Watching the two start bickering in front of him again, Wang Yan couldn’t help covering his head and muttering the word, “Troublemakers!”

The whole class, seeing this, all started to feel a surge of jealousy.

The female classmates were jealous of Beiming Xue and Ouyang Feiting—why were they so close to Wang Yan.

The male classmates were jealous of Wang Yan—why had he captured the attention of the two school beauties and seed about to attract all the girls in class.

All of a sudden, the whole class of boys felt that compared to Xiong Jie, Wang Yan was much scarier.

Xiong Jie would at most beat them up, but boys are tough and can handle a beating.

But with Wang Yan around, they might never find a girlfriend, becoming single for their entire university life—how could they endure that?

While everyone was lost in thought, the bell for class rang.

Hearing the bell, everyone rembered they were supposed to be in class, they had been so focused on Wang Yan that they had forgotten why they were there.

However, thinking of the class, all the boys rembered what Xiong Jie had said earlier—”If he fails the test, he’ll be expelled just the sa.”

Exactly, Wang Yan must be terrible at studying, and when he’s expelled, they wouldn’t have to worry about being single anymore.

Almost all the boys thought of the sa idea and imdiately looked at the class schedule.

Seeing the schedule, all the boys laughed because the first class of the sester was the hardest—Ancient Chinese.

This Ancient Chinese text is hard to understand, only soone like Ma Jun, who reads all the ti, might learn it, while soone like Wang Yan, who fights and flirts, would have no ti for Ancient Chinese.

This lesson, Wang Yan would definitely make a fool of himself.

All the boys had the sa thought, and Xiong Jie and “Dead Fish Eyes” were particularly smug—if they couldn’t beat Wang Yan openly, they’d sabotage him secretly.

Just then, footsteps were heard from outside, and soone walked in.

Upon seeing this person, all the students stood up and said, “Hello, teacher.”

“Please sit down, class,”

The person went to the podium and spoke softly.

Standing at the podium was a young female teacher, dressed in a sharp black suit with black pants.

Though wearing pants, it was clear her legs were straight and smooth.

Her face was fair, hair neatly tied in a ponytail, and she wore black-rimd glasses, looking very proper.

But even so, one could tell beneath the glasses and suit was an extraordinary beauty.

However, at this mont, this beauty wore a serious expression, her clothes were plain, and she commanded respect and awe.

More importantly, this teacher was known as the strictest and most unforgiving teacher at Wanghai Noble School, despising bad students and expelling countless students each year for failing grades.

This teacher was very upright, refusing all requests for leniency, earning the nickna “Witch.”

The “Witch’s” real na was Xie Xiaoxian.

At this mont, Xie Xiaoxian expressionlessly opened her book and said, “First lesson, ‘Forr Expedition,’ you have 20 minutes to morize it, and I’ll test you afterward.”

After speaking, Xie Xiaoxian stood on the podium and said no more.

At this point, the classroom was filled with sighs.

“Here we go again.

First lesson always ans morization, and if you fail, you’ll get docked points.

If you lose 40 points, you don’t have to bother taking the test, you’re imdiately deed failed and sent ho.”

All the students, though feeling helpless, had no choice but to open their textbooks and start morizing.

At this mont, Ouyang Feiting and Beiming Xue both turned around and said, “Wang Yan brother, make sure you morize it well, or the teacher will scold you.”

By now, Wang Yan had already opened the textbook and, in just an instant, had flipped to page thirty-sothing.

It’s not that Wang Yan turned the pages that fast; it’s just that the previous pages were Ancient Chinese, and he had unknowingly morized them countless tis in the mountains—the original texts were almost worn out by him, let alone a reprinted book.

Hearing Ouyang Feiting and Beiming Xue’s words, Wang Yan gave a slight smile, indicating he understood.

The classroom was very quiet, so when Ouyang Feiting and Beiming Xue spoke, it imdiately drew Xie Xiaoxian’s attention.

Xie Xiaoxian frowned and imdiately asked, “Beiming Xue and Ouyang Feiting, why are you two sitting together?”

Xie Xiaoxian was very fond of Beiming Xue and Ouyang Feiting, aware of their little conflicts, so she was a bit surprised to see them sitting together.

Upon hearing this, Beiming Xue and Ouyang Feiting didn’t know how to answer—they couldn’t tell the teacher the truth, could they?

Seeing this, Xiong Jie’s eyes lit up, and he nudged “Dead Fish Eyes” and whispered a few words.

“Dead Fish Eyes” hesitated for a mont, but under Xiong Jie’s fierce gaze, reluctantly spoke up, “Because…

because of the new student Wang Yan.”

Upon hearing “Dead Fish Eyes,” Xie Xiaoxian imdiately noticed Wang Yan sitting behind Beiming Xue and Ouyang Feiting and, seeing their expressions, quickly guessed what was going on.

Xie Xiaoxian’s face fell, and she said, “The new student nad Wang Yan, recite ‘Forr Expedition’ right now.

If you can’t, you’ll fail!”

Hearing this, Xiong Jie was overjoyed, his goal finally achieved, and Wang Yan would soon be expelled.
