Mo Fan sighed at this, as the Xu Family's father and son had perfectly demonstrated the intricate and ruthless infighting within wealthy families; even close relatives calculated each other's moves, steps filled with threats.

Jiang ngng was curious; she loved to hear such drama from wealthy families.
Mo Fan continued: "Xu Chunqiu was shrewd and resourceful, but Xu Qingfeng, worthy of being the Xu Family's Qilin, knew he couldn't outwit his father on his own, so he sought outside help."
