Li Feng spoke while tapping out Morse code on the counter with his hand. The shop owner, upon seeing this, pushed up his old glasses and glanced over Li Feng’s shoulder.

After saying this, the owner led Li Feng behind a curtain on the side and through a back door, which was the store’s warehouse. The owner reached out and pulled a switch, and a shelf slid open.
Li Feng followed the shop owner down the ladder to a basent: "What ’legitimate goods’ do you plan on getting?"
"I need a full set of surveillance equipnt, including a vehicle. Additionally, I need a maintenance van, preferably one used by an electronics store, as well as a frequently worn work uniform."
The shop owner paused, looking up at Li Feng.
"I only sell equipnt here, not services."
Li Feng looked at the shop owner, "Double the price, cash."
